I love baby Mori clothing and delivery is quick however their returns process is long and outdated! emailing customer services to request a return, wait for response blah blah blah. It’s a real hassle. At Many other shops you log into your account online, select the items that you would like to return and you can send it immediately.

Backpack: expensive but well made; my granddaughter loves it. Activity suitcase: Generally good but one of the letter tiles (L) had no magnet and therefore wouldn't stay in place. Particularly disappointing as this is one of the letters in my granddaughter's name!

Ordered a tribike for my daughters Xmas, it arrived in good time but very disappointingly there was a faulty axel sent with the bike so cue a very upset little girl on Xmas morning. Got in touch with customer service and they have been very nice but they can't do anything without getting a video of the daily to discuss with the manufacturer........... Seems like she will have outgrown the trike part before she is able to use it......

I was disappointed that the 3-5 day delivery seems to only go on day 5, and then with a Royal Mail problem this blew out for delivery. As the family were staying with family in Scotland at the time, the item was not delivered until the day after they left to return home to London, so we are now faced with an extra mail charge to get it to London. The birthday girl still has not received her present

Hello Anne, I am so sorry your order took 8 working days to arrive and that you had to then re-ship the item to your family. It's too long and I know that is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately between your order being placed and delivery there were two Royal Mail strike days (which is really four days of disruption taking into account backlogs piling up). To your point that it took us 5 days to dispatch, this I'm afraid is also due to the strikes as in addition to Royal Mail not delivering to customers, they also do not collect from retailers like us, so, although we did pick and pack your order shortly after we received it, it wasn't collected until day 5. It's honestly very frustrating for us too. The result is our usual 2-4 day delivery becomes 6-8 days. I am so sorry about this . Please do rest assured that this is not normal KIDLY service and once the strike action is over this week we will be back to our usual high levels of service. James

Lovely selection for children, but I was sent the wrong hobby horse (a unicorn instead of a horse). Don't have time before Christmas to deal with an exchange unfortunately....

The timeliness of the Kidly experience was detracted from by the delivery not being effected according to instructions, so that my granddaughters' Christmas present was left on my doorstep and not in a safe place.

Hello Sharon, I'm so sorry you haven't received your order yet. On checking the tracking it shows that Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 8th December and are currently holding it at your local collection point. Ordering experience fine however goods still not received. Appreciate this is through post office strike but nevertheless this, unfortunately, reflects on Kidly.

Unfortunately between your order and today there have been no less than six Royal Mail strike days (which is really twelve days of disruption taking into account backlogs piling up that they don't have capacity to collect or deliver). We do feel confident though that all orders placed will arrive for Christmas, as we are seeing the success rate of deliveries at the usual high Royal Mail standards, it's just the timings are slow and erratic due to the strikes and ensuing backlogs after strike days. Please don't worry. If your order has not arrived by the 21st we will send it again, subject to availability, via a next day courier. Please simply let our live chat help team know. In fact, I can now see your order is with the local depot as of Tuesday (but of course they have been striking yesterday and today too) so should be with you very soon. Please don't worry; it looks like you order is now imminent, but notwithstanding, if your order has not arrived by the 22nd we will send it again, subject to availability, via a next day courier. Hey guys, the product itself was lovely only I ordered it as a present with a written note. I received it unwrapped and without the note so that was a bit unfortunate as I ordered it at the office to give to a colleague. I bought some wrapping paper and a card myself in the end but I would keep an extra eye out for these details in the future.
