“Tried to order but out of stock due to a special offer. Took a couple of weeks to be sent an email that back in stock. Bombarded with unwanted promotional emails in the meantime. Not all customers are parents of young children!”

“Paid for 24 hr delivery- it arrived in 48 - they refunded the difference only and we missed the opportunity to take the gift with us so now have to pay for another set of postage”

“The main parcel arrived badly damaged. Kidly customer service was excellent when it came to arranging a replacement but the courier they use is useless. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive............ Overall experience badly let down by the courier”

“I really like Kidly in general, but lately orders arrive much later than stated. I'm a Kidly premium member so should have next day delivery paid for, but it's failed twice now with Royal Mail. Very frustrating. I've emailed Kidly directly about both orders too.”

“Sadly returned - They are lovely shoes but what the website doesnt state is that they are for wide feet. I brought both my childrens usual sizes and they could of got 2 feet in one shoe!”

“Can’t fault the site itself, shopping was very easy, the product information very clear and helpful. Appears to be a wide range of stock across all price points which is good to see. My order arrived within the timeframe with updates as to its progress. I’d like to give more stars but the items I purchased were not the quality I’d hoped for or matched the glowing reviews.”

“Order was sent directly to my son for our grandson and was delivered promptly and efficiently. Whilst generally pleased with the quality of the table and chair he was a bit annoyed that he had to correct the length of one of the chair legs by adding washers to stop it wobbling!”

“Beautiful designs and variety of items. Great sales. The Kidly leggings and tops do come up quite small though. So next would get the size up so that they last a little longer. My daughter is 14 months and size 1-2 is quite tight and I would say she is average size.”

“I'm afraid I can't rate the kidly item I bought very well as it was a present for someone else. The person said she was disappointed as the size was much smaller than the picture shown on the laptop. But it was very nice in itself and acceptable for its purpose as a nightlight. I( am nearly 80 and I have a tremor which hinders me when typing. I have eyesight problems too. It is not acceptable for your rating experience to keep pestering me about grammar.”
