Lovely items but charging £7.50 for tracked 24 postage on one item is not ok. I wouldn’t use them again.

Was charged for all three items which I purchased but only received two out the three items. No refund given. Had to contact the company myself to request a refund.

Fast delivery, but 1 product was missing from my parcel. Thankfully the issue was resolved quickly once I got in touch with Customer Service. Then had another issue with my refund, where 1 product was not refunded. Again this was resolve efficiently by the Customer Service team. Hopefully you can sort out the operational issues! But thank you to the Customer Service teams for resolving these so quickly.

Love the products - they are unique, functional and good quality. The only downside is the daily change in price based on various promos. So you may buy an item already in sale and then the following day a promo code offer reduces it even more.

The quality of the product I received was very poor and I would expect KIDLY to check on their products before offering them. I returned the item but still have not heard back from KIDLY which is a long time. Therefore sadly I need to deduct two stars.

Very quick delivery, love the colour of item and quality however I thought the jelly shoes would be an actual buckle but it's just velcro with a buckle just sitting there for the look. I bought these because of the insole as my son has flat feet. I don't think the velcro would be strong enough, I think I would be constantly doing them back up. I'm hoping to send them back. Also I used the size chart for size. so ordered the 10 as my boys feet were between 9 and 10 on the chart but the 10 was too big and wide (my son's feet are very slim)

Good - but the delivery charge was annoying, especially given when I realised I had missed one item, I had to pay a second charge.
