“Package received on time but order confirmation email had said they would contact me when the order was on its way but no further communication received. Package was left on doorstep as I was not in. Fortunately it was not raining as the wrapping was paper”

Hello Sharon, I'm happy you received your order on time, but so sorry you didn't receive your dispatch email in advance of this and thank you for alerting us to the issue. I have checked the system and can see it was sent out at 7 Oct 22 16:51:45. Because it's really important that these emails reach our customers (as they also contain the order tracking link), I would really appreciate it if you could check your bin or junk folders to see if it reached you but ended up in one of those places or whether it simply didn't reach you at all. This information would be a great help to us in investigating whether there are email delivery issues on our platform. James

“Love this rain suit! Great colour and fit. The hood is great as it has a peak and there are removable stirrups. Haven’t had much chance to try it heavy rain but it’s been great for rain showers.”

“The bowls are great and perfect for our daughter. I have given the 4/5 due to the colour choice options. Would have liked to have been able to pick more vibrant or patterned bowls. Quality of the product is however 5*.”

“Great value everyday tops. I bought these as a gift and they appear to be worn regularly. I would say just big enough for a 19 month old who is not above average size, but may soon be outgrown in length particularly. Soft fabric, easy to wear. Arrive promptly.”
