“The website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of toys that are hard to find in shops, my only gripe was the 10 days it took to arrive after ordering, however this was not completely their fault as post office was on strike for one day. Xx”

Hi Colleen, Thank you for leaving a review and for your lovely feedback. I just wanted to re-assure you that there were three strike days during the period of your order being placed and you receiving it (which is really six days of disruption with backlogs piling up) and that, in normal times we delivery Standard Delivery between 2-4 working days after you place your order. I didn't want you to think 9 days is normal for us! James

“Kidly's service is prompt and reliable. Though I would like to suggest a more quick decision by Kidly to change postal service -temporarily- when there is strike. My order took 8 days to arrive due to Royal Mail strike.”

“It's a Christmas present so it hasn't been played with yet so the 4 stars are for the appearance of it. It certainly looks well made and sturdy and I'm sure it will have plenty of play appeal earning that extra star !”

“Light was smaller than I thought when it arrived but its great gives off just enough light for my little ones bedroom. He has certainly slept alot better since having it and he loves it. We have the blue stegosaurus..highly recommend”
