“The product is gorgeous. The packaging lovely and it arrived in a strong outer delivery box. I had some problems with delivery. I paid for next day but it didn’t arrive until the following day - a Royal Mail issue, not the company (who were super supportive). Thank you. A beautiful gift.”

“I bought a present from Kidly and requested delivery to my daughter’s. Kidly were very prompt but Royal Mail were awful. There was no tracking information and no email to confirm when delivery should be expected. When I investigated via the link from Kidly I found they had tried to deliver but not sent any notification to me (the sender) or left any card with my daughter ( the recipient). Without a ‘missed you’ card it was hard to reschedule. I eventually managed it but it was not easy. Maybe consider a better delivery company for improved customer service. The actual product is great.”

“The Kidly website is always so easy to use and things are always dispatched reasonably quickly. My only reason for four stars is that I find it frustrating that I can’t get premium delivery to Aberdeen as it’s considered “highlands and islands”, however is the third biggest city in Scotland!”

“My Granddaughter loves playing with this inventive way of playing with shapes. Not a full rating as one of the pieces was chipped (but painted over) and one shape was a different colour to the advertisement, but not enough to warrant sending it back. I received a partial refund almost immediately from the company once they were made aware that I appreciated.”

“My boy is happy with his luggage. It seems fine for its purpose, although I worry the scooter extension is a bit fragile. My only complaint is that the luggage had some surface scratches on it upon arrival and the box it was packaged in was severely damaged and ripped open.”

“Great jellies, love the colours and have bought one in each. Only down side is they cut the skin around the ankle bone if worn without socks but no major issue. Prices are reasonable and I purchased when they were in offer at half price. Fast delivery.”

“This is my daughter's 3rd pair of these shoes in her lifetime - she's three. They are comfortable and protect her toes. The soft leather drys quickly when wet but also crinkles which makes the shoes look quite worn after a short use.”
