“I had an issue with sizing on the Teddy Trapper hats. I ordered the 1-2 year old hat for my 15 month old granddaughter and this was fine but I ordered the 3-6 year old hat for my 3 year old grandson and it was only a tiny bit bigger than the 1-2 year old and was far too small. Staff at Kidly's were helpful and offered me free delivery on another order I made for the Bravo Pile hat in size 5-6 year and this fits my 3year old grandson perfectly which would suggest that sizing is incorrect. In the end I gave my other grandson the Teddy hat but he is only 20 months old and the 3-6 fits!”

“The toy is good quality and makes a lovely change from all the really plastic tat available. The delivery was very quick and overall I am pleased with my purchase. The only criticism is that the box is quite damaged. It looks worn at the corners like it's been hanging around a warehouse or been returned from another customer. The delivery packaging was perfect so I don't think it was from the delivery company. However, as I said, it is a really lovely, quality product.”

“Beautiful little basket ideal for 1-2 year old. The only down side I the actual size of the rin tea set itself. Very small and no groove in saucers to carry cups. It would have been a five star if a tad larger”

“The service was great - but we didn’t hear the courier knock (if they knocked) and the box was left on the doorstep all night in the rain. Outer box was soaked and ruined but fortunately inner box just about ok.”

“There was a problem with my account that finally got sorted. And the Janod Garage was a lovely gift but my 4 year old grandson was not engaged by it at all. My 2 year old grandson was delighted. As it was a joint present this was not ideal. Maybe a better description is needed. Online chat unfailingly helpful and the parcel arrived swiftly despite all the strikes. Well done Kidly as ever.”

“Good range, reasonable prices, well packaged. The communications regarding order status could be significantly improved without having to use online chat. Comms around offers I.e 10% off for new customers always makes me think that returning customers are not as valuable to the company as new ones which does make me look elsewhere to see if I can use someone else and get 10% or more off. I’ve done that this year with things I would have purchased from Kidly which has opened my eyes to other similar companies instead of keeping me loyal.”

“My 'KIDLY experience' has consisted of the ordering process and receipt of the boxed product. It is to be a Christmas present, so I have not opened the box and cannot comment on the contents. The ordering process was straightforward (I speak as an elderly technophobe). KIDLY kept me well-informed of progress with dispatch and of possible delays in delivery due to a current industrial dispute. In the event, no unreasonable delay occurred, the packaged product being delivered by Royal Mail on a Sunday evening! The package contained the boxed product, identified as expected and in good condition.”
