“I purchased a lovely flatout bear . Delivery was very quick . I did have a small problem which was solved immediately . Will definitely order again . Excellent customer service good quality product. Will recommend to family and friends”

“Highly recommend! I have nothing but praise for this company! The fur is good quality. No harsh chemical scent instead it has natural soft milky scent. Fur and backing is very clean. No residue, stains or other containments. The workmanship on trimming and backing is prefect. Generous sizing. As a bonus the customer service is outstanding. Utterly impeccable! a kind lady called Helen dealt with my orders and there a few hiccups. However the problem was dealt with efficiency and grace. This is a company that values their customers and their business. Especially during this hard time of the pandemic people can easily lose sight of their values and integrity. The staff here conducts their business with so much pride and accountability it's so rare to see. My shopping experience has been a joy thanks to this wonderful team at Baa Baby. I came for the great products but got sold on the excellent customer service. My friends and family will definitely be hearing about this!"”

“Superb cistomer service, questions answered promptly and knowledgeable information given, they even sent photos of the 2 liners that would fit the pushchair so l could compare them and they emailed to let me know the liner in the colour l wanted was in stock.. Lamb skin pushchair liner arrived quickly its beautiful and is really soft its a gorgeous soft grey colour. It looks amazing in the pushchair and my 6 month old son definitely approves he just looks so comfortable. Highly recommended”

“I absolutely love the pram liner, great service and brilliant quality! My baby wasn’t happy lying down in the bassinet part of the pram so moved her into the chair and the liner just makes it more comfortable for her!”
