“I've purchased several different camp beds over the years and none of the last long. This one will - it's definitely robust. It's also extremely comfortable. The delivery to Spain was cheap, quick, and efficient If I ever need another I'll repeat order but I doubt I will need to.”

“After sales service isn't up to scratch I'm afraid. I phoned the shop with a couple of issues I had with the products sold to me and was told I'd be called back with an answer. I heard nothing so when I could next visit the shop I went in to try and resolve the problems. One was sorted straight away and I was told I would be called or emailed regarding the other. That was a few months ago and as yet I still haven't had any contact from after leisure!”

“Warm and friendly response to enquiries on the telephone. They rang back when the promised they would. They were helpful in suggesting alternatives if they had no stock or thought what I wanted wouldn't work for the job I intended. They were warm professional helpful friendly. And kind on the telephone. Package was well supported so nothing got messed up. And it arrived exactly as we arranged in double quick time for our trip away.
