The courier 'DX' service was excellent they know how to please the customer! Aztec Leisure are a company that could do so well, they have all the tools but let themselves down woefully. We ordered a Dukdalf chair that within three weeks broke, sent it back & upgraded to a better model, a Dukdalf Dynamic we loved it but was dented on the top tube, sent it back for the same model & to be inspected by one of your staff before shipment! Guess what, damaged again & in place. All your staff are very courteous, apologetic & try to be helpful but this all let down when continue to send out damaged goods! I am so disappointed as the chair was to be used on this forthcoming August bank holiday & my wife's birthday. But we still want this chair, the wife loves it but not damaged. It's a shame that somebody within this company couldn't supply an undamaged one for the wife to use on our 40th wedding anniversary very shortly. Mr. Howard Craggs

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, especially considering the significance of the bank holiday, your wife's birthday and your 40th wedding anniversary. I want to clarify that we never send out damaged stock. Our products are brand new, purchased directly from our suppliers, who are the primary importers of UMEFA furniture. We're actively investigating the issue with our couriers. It's concerning and completely unacceptable that two replacement chairs were damaged during transit, even after we took additional precautions with the packaging for the second chair. I'd also like to mention that we were willing to offer a discount for the damaged chair. When I spoke to your partner regarding the extent of the damage, it appeared significant. I must admit, I was taken aback when I saw the actual damage. I've attached the image to this message for reference. Kind regards Gavin.
The item was a Thetford manual pump which when opened revealed 2 securing clips were broke off nevertheless I fixed it into the the portapotty hoping it would work it performed very poorly and after 3 days of weak flushing I gave up and bought a complete replacement from a local caravan supplies shop, this has solved the problem. I would not use Aztec Leasure again.

I used 48 hour Royal Mail Delivery unfortunately this was a total misrepresentation and it’s actually 2nd Class Royal Mail parcel post. Response from this company was it can take up to 10 days before a parcel is considered lost but I was offered to repurchase and use next day delivery all at my expense - would never use this company again 😡 totally unacceptable customer service 😡

Hi Julie, Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed. I think there is some confusion as I can confirm that your order was sent on a Royal Mail 48 service. This is however an economy untracked service as explained in our delivery information: https://www.aztecleisure.co.uk/pages/delivery-information https://www.royalmail.com/business/shipping/uk-services/royal-mail-24-48 This service aims to deliver within two days but unfortunately, delays can happen that are out of our control. We ask customers to wait up to ten days (as explained in our delivery information) before refunding as due to it being an untracked service Royal Mail will not class the parcel as lost until this point. Sent to the invoice address not delivery address!

Upon further investigation, we found out that Royal Mail had accidentally used your invoice address instead of the delivery address provided. I ordered and received a quality camping chair through Aztec. I needed to ask for a special day for delivery of this item, and the online shop helped to make sure my package arrived when I wanted it . Many thanks.

My order arrived promptly but in an inappropriately enormous oversized cardboard box I bought the 'Easy Camp Coolbag' as recommended in Country Walking magazine The coolbag did not keep the contents cool. Contents were warmer than when initially packed with several ice-packs Total waste of money, sadly Used only once (I cant even give it to the charity shop as it doesnt work) Back to using old National Trust coolbag, that is battered and torn yet keeps contents colder!

Use absolutely incompetent couriers DX Services. The driver failed to find my house twice!!!

The shop itself was good, however the delivery company they use (DX delivery) were aweful and couldn’t find my house in three separate occasions. DHL, Amazon, post office have no problems.

Purhased Outwell draconis led lights where the description reads light can be place in different locations and controlled individually by remote. Not true. Also states each individual comes with it own dimmer which suggests you can have different levels of light on different led lights, Not true. I took this query to out well customer services who stated this is not their description and should be taken up with whoever I purchased them from. This description was the only reason I purchased these light over the Kampa alternatives and this advert is totally misleadinding and untrue. All that said the a tual lights themselves are very good but not as fkexable as aztec leisure would have you believe.

We have now updated the description to include that it only has a single dimmer switch and that you cannot control the lights individually as previously suggested. I would like to add though that it is a shame that you never gave us an opportunity to fix this problem with yourselves. Holy moly, the delivery delayed 3 times. Got it after the 3rd delivery date confirmed. Unpacked and looked decent. Put onto my van.. and the thing is about as magnetic as glass, it just slid straight off!!! WTF!!!! I understand this should be used alongside a Guide line, (not supplied) but the thing should at least stick to the van under it’s on weight!!
