“Our new Outwell LUX double sleeping bag, is really comfortable, however one of the zips is bit tricky and get stuck, zip doesn’t operate as smooth as advertised.”

“Ordering was easy and delivered on time. I have only been able to look at one of the tents with our Scouts , partly pitched indoors because winter conditions would not allow fully pitching outdoors. Tent appears suited for purpose but concerned that no main guylines were provided to ensure stability in windy conditions. We will respond again once the tents are properly pitched at our next camp in June 2024.”

The only thing Id say is that it was totally unclear who the item was being delivered with because there was no indication on the order and I was having several deliveries arriving around a similar time. So it was a bit irritating trying to identify the courier and which email was relating to this order.”

“You were let down by your delivery company (DHL) who failed to deliver at the given time, then lied about trying to deliver - no one came to my house yet they said they'd been and found no one home. They redeemed themselves by leaving the parcel on my step early the next day. Otherwise a very quick service from you to them.”
