I ordered a cooler box value approximately £30 I received a Sunncamp Air awning valued £260. I checked the invoice sure enough it had my name address on and the correct item a cooler box. Now I'm a honest man and I realised that somebody in the packaging department had made a mistake so I contacted the company to explain the situation after some cross wires a soulution was agreed the courier would collect the awning and drop off my cooler box today Monday 14th between 9.30 & 11.30am this morning I received a message from the courier to say that the delivery was between 12 & 1pm so thanks Aztec I've now had to cancel my medical appointment because they couldn't deliver at the agreed time not a very good first impression to a first time customer!

Hi John I’m so sorry to hear about the mix-up, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. However, I’d like to clarify that we weren’t contacted regarding any issue with the collection or delivery time. These arrangements are handled by DHL, and without being notified of any problems, we had no way of knowing there was an issue. We really appreciate your honesty in informing us about the awning, and we’re grateful for your patience as we worked to resolve this situation.
Product was fine but I completed a click and collect. Midway through the day I was expecting to get confirmation my order was ready, I decided to go to the shop. Found the item I wanted - which showed only 1 in stock when I ordered so I was lucky it hadn’t sold while my click and collect had been neglected. 2 young ladies and a man behind the counter all seemed surprised by my click and collect and no apology or explanation for why it hadn’t been reserved but clearly it had on the system as someone from out the back said it had been paid for. I would have been waiting forever to be told to collect. Won’t use this service again.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologise for the mix-up with your collection order. All online orders are processed by our online team, who work Monday to Friday and Sundays, but not on Saturdays, which is why your collection order was missed. We have since reviewed our processes and trained our shop staff to check for and allocate shop collection orders on Saturdays, so hopefully, this issue will not occur again. It took ages for me to warrant buying such an expensive set of recliner chairs. I ordered them over the weekend, due to have them delivered on a Tuesday, but they arrived on Wednesday. I excitedly unpacked them to find the handles of the seats grubby and dirty. I was very disappointed.

We purchased a Sunncamp 390 Awning from you in August 2023 but due to not taking receipt of the Caravan until November 2023 we were unable to use the awning until May 2024. We travelled to Norfolk to try out the awning but were extremely disappointed to find that two of the valves on the main support and one of the upright supports were faulty. It was impossible to inflate the items as soon as you disconnected the footpump the valve deflated completely. We emailed you but were told that you would have to make a claim to Sunncamp under thee warranty conditions. This does not help our situation as we are due to travel to France on May 25th. Why can you not just replace the valves without this process?

As mentioned in our earlier message, since the awning was purchased over six months ago, our suppliers require a warranty claim to be processed before they can approve any replacement parts. This is standard across all our suppliers, and most retailers follow a similar procedure. However, I’m confident that a warranty claim can be processed in time for your holiday. Typically, claims take around 7-10 days, and we'll ensure that Sunncamp understands the urgency, given your holiday on the 25th. Whilst the plug fitted the rubber "O" washer supplied did not seal the apperture sufficiently and another flat rubber washer had to be added

I purchased Cadac package which was excellent value and cannot fault the delivery times or packaging. The only negatives to my shopping experience is that when I first saw the item the web site stated if you give your email you will receive a free gift. On purchase there was no mention of this. I sent two emails but did not get a reply. Quite frustrating as I wanted to include a regulator after purchase and wished them to send out with the item but they did not reply. On receipt the main unit bag was missing I emailed Aztec again no response so called. I explained everything and was advised that there must be an issue with the email system as the only received the last email I sent I then had an email explaining that I could order the regulator and would get my free gift if I pay the delivery. The delivery was 5.99 for a laundry basket which I declined. I managed to get a bag from Cadac who were excellent and the bag arrived the next day. Overall price was very good but poor customer service and communication sorry

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience shopping with Aztec Leisure. We did reply to your email but unfortunately it was after your order was dispatched, so I do apologise for this. Monday's are especially busy for online retailers as we are very busy trying to process the weekends orders. To receive your free gift the pop up states that you need to add the code to the basket to activate the offer, which is why we asked you to cover the shipping charge to send the free gift out separately. Your statement that we didn't reply to your email regarding the missing bag though is incorrect. You emailed us on 20:31 Tuesday evening and I had replied to your email by 11:30am the following day, further I emailed Cadac 20 minutes later to process a warranty claim for the missing parts. As much as Cadac do give excellent service, the reason why this was processed so quickly was also due to Aztec Leisure's quick response. Kind regards Aztec Leisure.
They sold me something they did not have, had to handle a pesky call to get nothing, at least the guy was polite.

After sales service isn't up to scratch I'm afraid. I phoned the shop with a couple of issues I had with the products sold to me and was told I'd be called back with an answer. I heard nothing so when I could next visit the shop I went in to try and resolve the problems. One was sorted straight away and I was told I would be called or emailed regarding the other. That was a few months ago and as yet I still haven't had any contact from after leisure!
