“After having some problems with my PayPal payment I was worried that I wouldn't receive the item I bought in time for a trip I was taking. I called Aztec and they couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted everything out for me and made sure that I received my item in time for my trip. Extremely friendly and very efficient, if only all companies could have customer service this good. I would definitely be happy to do business with Aztec leisure in the future.”

“Unfortunately the rucksack sent to me was't the one I ordered.This was dealt with very efficiently and the correct item sent to me by next day delivery so that I could take it on holiday. I think how well an error is handled is as much a mark of good service as getting it right in the first place as it is simply not possible never to make a mistake (Despite what some people think!)”

“I bought an electric cool box which arrived promptly but had been damaged during delivery. I rang Aztec at 5.30pm expecting them to have gone home for the evening. They were still there and offered to replace the item without any quibble. The new item arrived next day and the courier took the old one away, no hassle. Very happy.”
