“I phoned about non delivery of purchases from the sale. I was phoned back and it was explained to me in a most pleasant manner how there had been a problem with the tracking software. My order was delivered the next day.”

“I ordered thermal leggings, which are really nice, but a little baggy on my waist, but nice quality. The underwear, are nice however the mesh on the back of them has ripped a little, despite this the material is really lovely, and reallt comfy.The lounge wear bra, which I love and have only positive things to say, and finally the socks, which I love and are super soft and super warm.”

“I love their products as they are such amazing quality but I find especially with their hoodies that after washing they definitely deteriorate and this shouldn’t be happening at the price I paid for them. ADs customer service is fabulous and they are very quick to respond, Meghan has been really helpful.”

“Love this brand and Very good customer service, Promptly issued a full refund when the item was not as expected. The only improvement could be a free returns slip in the parcel as it works out quite expensive if something doesn’t fit right.”

“I ordered some breeches in the Black Friday sale, the arrived on the Monday so delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately they were not as I expected, they were too big and the material was much thinner than I expected. As it said on the paperwork that came with them that I could only return sale items for a credit note I was quite disappointed but a lovely lady from Aztec diamond called me to say that was their mistake and I could return them for a refund. 5* customer service.”
