“Very easy to do business with either by phone or online. Good quality products (gabion stone, and loam), delivered promptly. Friendly staff. My only gripe is not knowing roughly when in the day the delivery would occur, so that I did not have to wait in until it arrived.”

“Simple to order, arrived quickly, good quality I was really impressed, would order again. the only thing I would say was I had to call to find out when the slabs were being delivered, they had already booked it etc but as you don’t need to be there for delivery they hadn’t told me when and I like to know these things plus it does say they would let you know”

“Great service as usual. Delivery was good. Value top soil not so good! Screened to 10mm? Two twigs 60mmx20mm, a lot of stones 20 mm plus! Would not buy again. I would buy a better screened top soil, if I could rely yon the description .”

“I have always found AWBS to be a very helpful and trustworthy company to work with. If issues arise thier delivery team and staff respond promptly and fairly. My recent order had some items incorrectly delivered but the AWBS were very accommodating in resolution - I would happily user AWBS in the future. Plus their delivery bags are strong and reliable if reused for other purposes.”

“Very good quality veg growing soil , nicely screened yet again. The fourth I've bought from AWBS not including the extra dumpy bag of 40mm cotswold stone which has become a great product to use around my 2 large raised beds . It is certainly worth your while purchasing from AWBS , they sell z very high quality of products and delivery is prompt within a couple of days of receiving the when we're next in your area email. I still have much to do in my garden so I will definitely be placing more soil and stone within the next few weeks . Jason Martin SN8 area postcode”

“All good apart from commutation when delivery was happening I was not told that the driver could not carry fencing on his own so as my neighbour was in for my delivery she was made to carry the panels .. she is 70 plus with heart problems. So driver should of had a drivers mate with him . Delivery was a 5 minute drive from yard .”

“Excellent ordering and product experience. Only disappointment was that delivery driver probably took advantage of younger person's lack of savvy by making little effort to drop material well down the drive, suggestion crane wouldn't reach. A pity really as I have always had lots of help with your previous deliveries...”

“Good quality products delivered quickly and efficiently. It wasn't 5 stars because the large plastic bags that aggregates like gravel and sand are delivered in are not returnable or reusable. I hope AWBS will consider reviewing this wasteful policy.”
