“Ordered 2 bags of play sand. Only after order was confirmed was I advised that it wasn’t in stock, but delivery was confirmed for the following week. They arrived at the very start of the following week- on Sunday morning! Great service!”

“Although AWBS failed to inform us of delayed delivery due to them waiting for soil, we were given a new date by a polite female. The delivery actually arrived a day earlier (of the new date) and everything was excellent quality. The driver was very pleasant, considerate and skilled at placing the load where I wanted.”

“Good prices for sharp sand and compost bulk bags. I ordered four bags of sharp sand but ended up only using three, so wanted to return one for a refund when ordering a couple of bags of compost. They wanted a 50% re-stocking fee, which is grossly excessive considering I was ordering two more bulk bags from them. They ended up charging 25% re-stocking, for what was simply picking up the bag of sand when they delivered the two bags of compost. I'm pleased with the service and prices, but I resent the re-stocking fee.”

“Ordered bulk bags of mot type 1 and 40mm local shingle to do our drive. Competitive prices, easy to order online and flexible delivery. Unfortunately 20mm shingle was delivered in error. But after a quick call to the Swindon branch explaining the error and the need for the 40mm for the next day. It was quickly sorted and arrived the next morning. Great service (mistakes happen, it's how you resolve them that matters) and will definitely use them again when we do our garden later this year”

“Great service, next day delivery - free of charge - they do the job...! PS. I really wanted a 5'-0" wide panel as well, but you don't supply them, otherwise it would have been 5. No complaints, however, I'll just have to cut one down to fit.”
