“I ordered a fence trellis from Yarnton yesterday and it was delivered approx 1 and half hour later. I live the opposite end of Oxford from the yard and with all the road diversions in and around Oxford the time it took to deliver was amazing. The driver was very cheerful and helpful. The delivery was quicker than Amazon !!!! Very pleased with the service”

“Happy with the product and the delivery all spot on as usual for AWBS. The delivery driver was brilliant. I do have concerns over the payment though as there was a data breach and my Card details could know be in the hands of fraudsters.”

Please be assured that we take customer and online security very seriously. As soon as we identified the data breach we contacted customers immediately, the police and Information Commissioners Office (ICO) were informed and a thorough investigation was carried out by our website security team. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic online fraud has risen by 65% and it is a serious problem for every online retailer but in no way does this excuse the issue that has affected you on this occasion. “This is the second time I have used their delivery service. The response was exactly the same as the first. The delivery was on time and the driver was extremely helpful, again putting the bags of sand and aggregate into the garage- thankyou.”

“They have had a massive data breach in which customers' payment details (full card number and security code etc) have been stolen (including mine). Why they do not offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal is beyond me.”

We use SagePay for online payments because the system complies to PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, the highest possible level of card data security. We take on board your comments regarding PayPal and we will consider this in addition to SagePay as payment method for online. “The order was processed very promptly and was delivered in fact a day earlier than stated. The deliveryman left the pallets much closer to the site than I thought he would be able to which was very helpful. The quality of the stone was good so I have no problem with whole experience. “Absolutely first class service from AWBS. I recently ordered a large 850 kg bag of 20mm gravel to lay a path. Easy to order, better prices than the national chains of aggregate suppliers, and free delivery to boot. Saved me about £45 and arrived in a couple of days. Delivery driver could not have been more helpful, and the quality of the product is excellent. Top notch, cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I have ordered 45m2 or slate paving, 2 jumbo bags of Type 1, 5 jumbo bags of sharp sand, 3 jumbo bags of scottish pebbles, gate, post etc. Every order has been delivered on time and quality is good. Happy to recomend AWBS.”
