“When I first called the office, the chap I spoke to was not helpful at all and very dismissive. If I could have bought the pavestones elsewhere I would have done, but unfortunately I could not find them anywhere else in the time frame I needed. Think it was the Oxford office that I called initially - I then called one of the other offices and totally different experience - really friendly and helpful chap - sadly I had to deal with the Oxford office for the order - Also we have 4 or 5 broken slabs - I emailed about this but no response - called Oxford office, not terribly helpful, just said it was to be expected and if we really need them replaced the process would take weeks by the sound of it to have them replaced - considering I spent nearly £3000 with this company I would have expected better - At least the pavestones look great now most of them have been laid”

“Fantastic grass delivered in rolls/coils.. quality of grass was way better than you would get at some mainstream stores and cost was reasonable as well.”

“Easy to find what we needed, love that it can be delivered. Delivery on time and driver friendly and helpful. Now all installed and makes a big improvement for a reasonable price and a little effort. Would thoroughly recommend AWBS.”

“Problem with AWBS is they take a order via the internet, and don't actually have the items in stock. They do not actually state that items are NOT in stock, therefore they confirm your order, only for you have to wait until they become available”
