“Ordered 30mm Cotswold chippings 25/7, promised the Friday after (30/7) but it didn’t arrive. After I called AWBS they said things didn’t always go to plan but would be delivered the following Friday (6/8) and they would call when on their way; the delivery still didn’t happen, no call to apologise etc so I don’t know when it will arrive now. They’ve had my money for 2 weeks now and no chippings delivered. I was given the name of the company by a neighbour who had good service but I can’t say the same.”

“I ordered a fence trellis from Yarnton yesterday and it was delivered approx 1 and half hour later. I live the opposite end of Oxford from the yard and with all the road diversions in and around Oxford the time it took to deliver was amazing. The driver was very cheerful and helpful. The delivery was quicker than Amazon !!!! Very pleased with the service”

“Happy with the product and the delivery all spot on as usual for AWBS. The delivery driver was brilliant. I do have concerns over the payment though as there was a data breach and my Card details could know be in the hands of fraudsters.”

“They have had a massive data breach in which customers' payment details (full card number and security code etc) have been stolen (including mine). Why they do not offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal is beyond me.”

We use SagePay for online payments because the system complies to PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, the highest possible level of card data security. We take on board your comments regarding PayPal and we will consider this in addition to SagePay as payment method for online.
