“I ordered a jag dashboard top sensor the 1st one arrived promptly and although in a sealed package was damaged it had been sealed and packaged in that condition , however when I called the telephone number on the package the matter was dealt with immediately and a new sensor was sent this one was almost perfect considering it was a used part , I was promised a return label however did not receive this so had to return at own expense 2.95 out of pocket but now a happy jag owner.”

“Excellent service. Item arrived in reasonable time from England to Spain . Well packaged . The part is now fitted and so far all is good, it works fine. My only comment over cost would be Air Mail Postage slightly on the high side. I am used to the costs of posted item from the UK. Item cost was very reasonable and well presented for fitting. Thank you David Murray ( Spain).”

“The service was fast and efficient but although I supplied the VIN No. for my car the part was from an earlier model and had to be modified to fit . I would recommend them and I would certainly use them again .”

“I have recently ordered a number of parts from Auto Reserve and on each occasion they have provided 2nd had Jaguar parts promptly at reasonable prices. The staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful and the only comment I would have is that some of the parts supplied are not exactly the same as the parts being replaced , so people ordering should be very careful to get exactly what they need”
