“One day delay due to local Postal services, causing no problem. The UPS delivery Services did not understand the difference between the delivery address (my local garage) and my home adress. In due time I managed to stop UPS claiming refunding of Norwegian sales taxes from my local garage.”

“I received my item very quickly it was well packaged and at a good price I spoke to the guys in customer services and they were extremely helpful and polite took my order over the phone. “I needed a new washer pump for my 2015 XE-S . EBay listings were just hopelessly confusing, so I did the sensible thing and checked the Auto Reserve website. It was both and helpful. The pump arrived within 24 hours and proved to be in excellent order. Now fitted and working - thank you Auto Reserve.”
