“One of my main sources for parts for my 1995 XJR. Prompt delivery and parts well packaged. Would have been been 5* if it wasn't for a couple of parts incorrectly supplied. However, following a phone call, on each occassion the correct parts were sent quickly and with no arguement. Recommended.”

“Prompt delivery of item ordered although it was filthy dirty. I know it was secondhand but it would have been nice to have had it wiped down with a damp cloth! Otherwise a very good service.”

“I ordered two items from Auto Reserve, one arrived on time, but the other was not sent (misplaced) On contacting the company I was contacted the next day and discussed several options to remedy the situation. I am glad to say that my ordered part was found and mailed out to me and this arrived today. I will do business with Auto Reserve again, as I found them really easy to deal with. Cheers Pete”

“All told - Auto Reserve are the best secondhand Jaguar parts company I’ve used - but some of their competitors - notably a Liverpool based company - are atrocious. Auto Reserve take back Faulty or wrong items without quibbling and refund in full. Their prices aren’t cheap; but nor are they unreasonably high.”
