“It took a leap of faith to trust the whole process at first, given that its a little mysterious not knowing who the supplying dealer is initially and that the savings seem too good to be true. However, I AM SO GLAD I WENT FOR IT. Once the bid was accepted I was put in direct touch with the dealer and after a very reassuring phone call, was able to verify their credentials via their website and links to them from the official Nissan website. In other words they turned out to be an authorised dealer, just like any other. They were really good at answering all my questions both on the phone and by email. So I happily paid my deposit, then waited a couple of weeks for the car to be delivered to the dealer from Nissan. In the meantime the dealer supplied me with a copy of the Nissan registration with my details on it. I guess I could have checked its authenticity direct with Nissan if I had needed to, but by this time I was confident that the process was genuine. Once the dealer had the car I asked them to send me a couple of photos, which he happily did, showing both the registration plate and the VIN on the windscreen in close up, as per the Nissan doc. Then I just had to wait another week or so, for 1st March (so the 19 plate would be road legal!) and I drove a couple of hundred miles to collect the new car. I think I was offered the option to have it delivered for a fee, but decided to collect it. The handover (and pre-arranged trade in - arranged via those emails mentioned above) was a pleasure. The car itself is fantastic. Exactly the spec I ordered, with the massive cash saving of course. It was great to meet the dealer and he was very patient and helpful with my questions. That was Friday. Today (Monday) the V5C Log Book has arrived from the DVLA by post as expected. I should also add, that Karen from Autoebid was a superb facilitator. She managed the process efficiently, again being happy to answer all my questions and once she had put me in touch with the dealer she called periodically to check things were progressing satisfactorily. Thoroughly recommended!”

“A fantastic service and a brilliant price (saved me c£10k off list price for my Ford Galaxy). Regular (but not too regular) courtesy calls to see how the order was progressing with the supplying dealer. Am 100% satisfied! It was so convenient to be able to use the Autoebid website to configure various cars and specs to get a price more or less instantly and without time consuming phone calls or the hard sell. I also managed to get the car delivered by trailer (extra but reasonable cost) which I am very pleased with too. My brand new car is fantastic. Well done Autoebid and thank you!”
