“I tried several brokers when looking for a new car and Autoebid gave me the biggest discount. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. I called them once to ask the status of my car's build and they found out the info and called me back quickly. Managed to buy a car without actually going to a dealership. Would recommend.”

“At 74 years of age I was a little nervous and reluctant to try a ‘new’ way for such a major purchase as a new car. Autoebid were thoroughly helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process, as were the vehicle management company who completed the purchase. The new car arrived on time and the substantial savings allowed me to upgrade the vehicle with the added options I wanted, all at well below the main dealer’s best price. On the basis of my experience I would not hesitate to use Autoebid again and would happily recommend them to anyone.”

“100% very satisfied customer. I am so pleased I used Autoebid website to order my brand new Toyota CH-R, the ease of getting the specification/price was effort less. I was kept up to date with regular calls. The car was delivered on time with a smooth hand over. The V5 came within 3 weeks. I must admit I checked other web sites but Autoebid could not be beaten on price, well done and Thank You.”

“The website is straightforward, clear, and easy to use. Karen was very helpful and efficient and the research and ordering system was quick and trouble-free. Prices were clear and competitive. The agency through which the car was bought, was helpful and efficient. Once the order had been placed, Karen regularly checked progress and was a useful bridge to the supplying company. It was reassuring to have Karen's oversight of the process. I would have appreciated more information on the progress of my order as delivery date approached. More attention by the supplying company on keeping the customer up to date and in the loop would have been appreciated. The payment process was straighforward and easy to manage, though a swifter acknowledgement of receipt of payment would have been good. The delivery service was excellent, and the driver delivering the vehicle was very patient and helpful in introducing me to the vehicle an explaining its new features. Overall, I was very pleased and satisfied with Autoebid's performanced throughout the process of identifying and purchasing a new car, and I will c certainly recommend Autoebid to friends and family who are in the market for a new car.”

“Although I had been aware of AutoeBid, I have purchased vehicles previously via other companies offering a similar service. For my latest vehicle purchase, I decided to order through AutoeBid. Throughout the process, from making initial contact with them to receiving the vehicle, the staff have been most polite, courteous and attentive with regular inquiries to check on progress, a far superior service to what I had become familiar with using other companies. The same polite, courteous and attentive service was provided by the dealership I was put in contact with. I was particularly pleased with the vehicle delivery date. I was very keen to take delivery of the vehicle as soon as possible and even with factory extras specified, I was more than happy with the initial forecast delivery date. However, due to the effort put in by the dealership I was able to take delivery six days earlier! Overall, a highly satisfying service. I will definitely be using AutoeBid from now on.”
