“I can't believe more people aren't using Autoebid. I saved nearly £5000 by using them. I first went to our local dealer and had the van I wanted spec'd and priced. I then when on to Autoebid and did the same. I then went back to our local dealer and asked if they would match the price. The reply was a resounding "NO" and also they reckoned that the price was not aunthentic. However after being assured by Karen at Autoebid I placed my order and paid the deposit. There was a 14 week lead time but I was told about this at the beginning and expected it. Communication was good from Autoebid and not bad from the dealer that I bought the van from. Both the local dealer and the dealer I bought the van from were authorised VW dealers. Obviously one wants the business more! I am Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend doing your homework when it comes to your local dealer and Autoebid. Autoebid is likely to save you £1000's.”

“I'd never even heard of brokers as a method of buying a car but after stumbling across an ad in auto trader I investigated. The prices seemed too good to be true but after a lot of due diligence I settled on autoebid. Although nervous about handing over cash for something I'd never seen the car arrived exactly as specified with a huge 22% discount. Autoebid were very easy to deal with and I'll be using them again in the future and fully recommend them - once they get more well known I can't see how traditional car showrooms can compete. Great service, fantastic price”

“This was an excellent service from being to end. The price quoted by AutoeBid was exceptional and well below the Main Dealer's offer. Although I was originally quoted for transportation costs (rather than being driven for free) from the South to Scotland it eventually arrived on a transporter with no cost. I can not thank AutoeBid enough and especially "Karen" who was a star in organising everything in such a calm and professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a new car. Thanks again.”

“Ordered a car from AutoeBid and they passed me to their broker who as it turns out wasnt a dealer. I paid this broker a deposit for a car and was assured prior to paying the deposit that they would be able to deliver the car to my required date as the car was in stock. As the delivery date approached I contacted them to find out that my deposit had not secured the car. Either they lied to me or didnt order the car when they said they did and the car was gone. I was told if I wanted that colour car I would have to wait 3 months. There was however another car in a differnt colour for more money. They said I should agree ASAP to secure the car. I did in 12 hours and waws told I would get the car 3 weeks later. Again as the time approached I contacted them and was told that the car would be another 3 weeks. So 2 months to buy a car that was in stock. Told them I wasnt interested and to return my deposit. Walked into a dealership, bought an 8 month old car, which I originally wanted, with a significantly higher spec, at £1000 less and drove it home 1.5 hours later. So worst online dealer Ive dealt with.”

We're sorry the supplier we introduced you to was unable to meet your needs on this occasion. We're glad to hear you got the deposit back promptly and were able to secure a car you're very happy with. Stock vehicles are often not actually physically on dealership, causing a few weeks wait.

“Buying a car online was out of my comfort zone but I was seduced by the significant savings to be made. Having got quotes from several online companies I chose AutoeBid because of the excellent reviews and the competitive quote given. Another factor was that I initially found out about AutoeBid through the Caravan and Motorhome Club of which I am a member. (They do promotions of the company in their magazine). The whole process was managed very efficiently and I must mention the lady in the office, a friendly reassuring voice who quickly dealt with any issues/concerns and kept me up to date with progress of my new Titanium Mondeo. The scheduled delivery had to be delayed three weeks but this was not a problem. The car was driven to my house and it was an exciting moment when it rolled onto the driveway. The only slight grumble was with the dealer (non-franchised)who AutoeBid put me onto. E-mails were not always answered and generally, communication could have been better. Thankfully, AutoeBid were always there to do the chasing up.”

“It was our first time buying a brand new car and a friend recommended AutoeBid. The price offered had a significant saving compared to our local dealership and was cheaper than other local and online suppliers too - we were quite nervous as it seemed too good to be true. We read endless reviews and spoke to AutoeBid multiple times to reassure ourselves we were not going to end up losing a large sum of money. They addressed all of our concerns and were always happy to help with any questions. We selected our car and specifications and submitted our order on the AutoeBid website. Following this, a dealer got in touch with us to discuss our order and take a deposit of £250. They were happy to take this on credit card and the balance would be due (via bank transfer) 48 hours before deliver of the vehicle. AutoeBid contacted us monthly to ensure all was going well and we called the dealer a few times for delivery updates. Shortly before the car arrived, the dealer got in touch with registration details and an invoice for the balance. We did our own checks at this point to satisfy ourselves the car was being registered with DVLA and all was in order. We transferred the money online and opted for the car to be driven to us as we couldn’t justify the £250+ trailer charge. The car arrived with 80 miles on the clock and was exactly as we expected. On delivery, he spent time showing us all the features of the car and ensured we were completely satisfied before leaving. AutoeBid then followed up with a call to ensure we had received the car as expected and that we were happy with it. We couldn’t be happier with the process and highly recommend AutoeBid to anyone wanting to purchase a new car. It makes no sense at all to pay dealer prices when there is such a brilliant alternative with fantastic service.”
