“The last time I had a brand new car was 1984, so just buying a new car this time was a daunting experience, let alone from an online supplier. I'll admit I was apprehensive at first at the prospect at spending such a large amount online but I now see I needn't have worried. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish and went off without the slightest hitch. The main factor in me choosing Autoebid, was the price of the vehicle. I have saved over £4k against my local dealership. I'd looked at other online suppliers but they didn't come close. I read many reviews and did loads of checks, to satisfy I wasn't going to be scammed, as someone suggested to me and obviously, I had loads of questions but the lady at Autoebid answered all these fully and with patience. The website is very easy to use. You choose the vehicle you want, the spec you want and submit that. From that you get a price and what a price it was, as I've stated above. I you are happy to proceed, you click a button to submit your order and the wheels start turning. It couldn't be simpler. And there's no massive deposit required, when you place your order. I paid just £250 on a car costing £27k. The lady at Autoebid contacts you to confirm your order and regularly after that to ensure you are happy and to keep you informed as to how your order is progressing. If it's not her, then it will be the vehicle supplier. Either way, you get a warm feeling through what is bound to be a nervy process. There's options for delivery, a driven delivery or trailer. If you opt for trailer delivery it will cost you extra, about £300-£350 in my case. It might help the decision making process if you know where the supplier is located, so don't be afraid to ask. My vehicle came from the Midlands and I live in the South East, so there was 136 miles on the clock when it rolled up outside my door, no big deal. Online payment was easy and pain free. I carried out a small test payment to ensure the bank details were correct before making full payment, so again that warm feeling was attained. Following delivery, I was contacted by Autoebid again, to check I had received the vehicle OK and I was happy with my purchase. 100% I am. I have already recommended using Autoebid to friends and family, if they are thinking of buying a new car and do so to anyone reading this review. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal, I'll bet. It's a no brainer really and should I be buying new again in the future, I know where I'll be looking.”

“Just bought a new shape Ford Focus with all the bells and whistles on through AutoeBid at a massively discounted price to what the dealerships were asking. Karen was excellent in her ability to reassure me about my concerns and scepticism over using an Internet site such as Autoebid. Having heared many horror stories over Internet fraudsters especially where such large sums of money are concerned, Karen worked closely with me and ensured that my vehicle was delivered early, just before Christmas, and dispelled any fears I may have had. Having gone through this process to buy a new car, feeling that I was taking a massive risk, I now wonder why I had any concerns at all. I would highly rate Autoebid and will not only recommend them to friends and colleagues, I can certainly say that I will be sourcing any of my other family cars through this business and find it hard to believe why anyone would want to use a main dealer and get ripped off for thousands of pounds.”

“We started looking around for ways to change our car, which we haven't done for a few years now. After looking at carwow (the discounts were ok, nothing to write home about), I stumbled across AutoEBid, and just put in the same specs as I had to carwow... ...and suddenly it was offering me a price that was 29% below the Nissan price on the site. I thought it was too good to be true, to be honest, but as soon as we decided to go ahead, we were put in touch with the dealer direct, and sorted out a new car out of the factory from there. Seven weeks later, and we've just taken delivery, we're very happy indeed, and have more money in the pocket before Christmas to boot. Thanks to Karen at AutoEBid, and Alec at the dealer in Cardiff, for such terrific service.”
