“An easy to use website with an exceptionally prompt response, next working day delivery for free, and extremely well packaged! I bought a Compressor for an 06 Mazda 3; the best price by far. The one thing that I found unsettling was that there is no identification on the delivery label to your confirmed order reference, so you cannot be sure that you have the right product, before you open the box, and when I did open the box, apart from the standard sheet of instructions for installation and the limits of the warranty, there was no reference to part no or order reference either on the instruction sheet or on the compressor itself, which only reinforced my doubts as to whether I had what I ordered. I had to make a call to AutoAirCon Parts to check that I did have the right part. Their response to my query was to check that I had, which I did, and confirm that apart from the instructions they supply no further paperwork. If they had I would have given them 5 stars.”

“I bought a small part but it came in a massive box , just thought it was a waste of cardboard and the environment It was like posting a dice in a box bigger enough for a microwave”

“Rating would have been "Very Good" if cheaper shipping options were available. What's wrong with the post office? Not everybody needs it in two days. It cost more to ship than the cost of the parts!!!”

“Condenser arrived day after ordered and I have now fitted it. Score for condenser supply would be very good. Just a pity they could not supply O rings or give specific tool detail for disconnecting the 12 mm barb fitting. The car is a 1994 Jaguar so perhaps expecting this info is asking a bit too much. Did give useful advice and I would buy from them again.”

“Really impressed with the prices and the speed of delivery. We've had 3 compressors and a few other bits and all were spot-on. The only thing that maybe needs adding to the description of the compressors is that they are noisy when first run after fitting, although that subsides after being run for a while as the oil circulates. This lead to us thinking it was faulty the first time! Otherwise, we will carry on using you. Regards, Steve.”
