Sorry for the inconvenience but when you place your orders you get email confirmation. Within that confirmation it states we do not send a paper copy in order to save paper and therefore the environment. Your email receipt is your invoice and guarantee. Best regards.

“Sometimes things need to go wrong to then see how a company deals with you. I ordered a condensing radiator which came the next day as advertised. Very good service on delivery. Some parts of the condenser were not aligned properly and I could see that the condenser would not fit. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and they arranged for the condenser to be returned to the factory. The condenser was picked up the next day to be returned to the factory for examination. After a few days (over the weekend) to allow for the return I emailed to ask about the refund. I have since received the refund. The company in my opinion is one that can be trusted when things go wrong.”
