“Speedy accurate service in delivering the part I wanted. Telling me at 10.20 that the delivery was to be between 14.00 and 15.00 didn't work on Day 1. But delivery on Day 2 did so happy with that”

“Service was excellent, couriers managed to damage condenser Assy & manufacturers had wrong canister on the side had to change it for the original as a/con pipe did not fit. All sorted & working. ????”

“Sometimes things need to go wrong to then see how a company deals with you. I ordered a condensing radiator which came the next day as advertised. Very good service on delivery. Some parts of the condenser were not aligned properly and I could see that the condenser would not fit. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and they arranged for the condenser to be returned to the factory. The condenser was picked up the next day to be returned to the factory for examination. After a few days (over the weekend) to allow for the return I emailed to ask about the refund. I have since received the refund. The company in my opinion is one that can be trusted when things go wrong.”

“Nothing on part to say it was original valeo oem part as claimed in add Seem to be reasonable quality and only needed a minor adjustment of one mounting bracket to fit ok Fast service and well packed”

“Very easy ordering service and very prompt delivery as promised. A slight negative was that the alternative mounting brackets in the box were not wrapped. This allowed them to mark the condenser unit during transportation, fortunately not damaging it.”

“parts shipped very quickly and were correct. international shipping was a combination of UPS and DHL - not come across that before. Did not have a tracking no for DHL but everything arrived OK. would use again.”

“Only complaint I was told it was next day delivery and though I waited in all day this didn't happen. When the part arrived on Monday and I explained to the driver I was told it was next day he said "we don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday ". That's fine but I think that should be explained when you order the part. The part it self was fine.”
