“Ordered a few bits for the car as I'm looking to tidy it up a little and do a bit of a home 'detail'. The Guides on the website were extremely helpful in aiding the decision process for what to buy. I've used the products before, so know how exceptional they are. The delivery was packaged really well and arrived really quickly. Without a doubt, I'll be buying some other stuff soon.”

“Pleased with all the products I purchased but did spend over 50pounds but did not recieve my free gift promotion as the item was out of stock surely I should have been offered an alternative free gift in that situation”

Hi Roger. Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I have had a look into this for you and I can see that you have not added the free Laundry Bag to your order from the pop up box at checkout. Unfortunately this is how to claim the Laundry Bag, by adding it to your basket from the pop up box ensures this item then shows on your packing slip. This way our packing team know to include it in your order. As you have not added this to your basket, this is why it was not included in your order. As your order has now been dispatched from us we are not able to add this to your order.
