“From when I placed the order directly on the website, it took 7 days for you to dispatch my order and a further 2 days for delivery. Granted I took the free delivery which was 5 - 7 business days, however this is NO EXCUSE for slow dispatch as I have previously ordered through Amazon free delivery with Auto Finesse and always had dispatch in 2 business days.”

Hi Colin. I have had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was successfully delivered to you on the 7th working day, there was no delay with the dispatch or delivery of your order as the 5-7 working day service was selected by you at checkout. The order was placed on Tuesday 27th February, which is the 1st working day and it was delivered on Wednesday 6th March, which was the 7th working day. Please note couriers do not class Saturdays or Sundays as working days. We do have alternative shipping options available at checkout if the parcel was required sooner. “Hi, I'm very pleased with the products I have brought and fine it so good and very decent quality too. Also very easy to Search and choose what I wanted then finally paying etc, was easy and simple whichever I liked too. I'm a long fan and watch etc. But will always buy ur products coz I liked and easy to use and understanding the right of doing it start from wash to finish to Machine polishing.”

“Brought a 3 piece sheepskin wheel cleaning brush set. It was on sale at a bargjn price 70% off. Couldn't believe my luck I thought it was too good to be true. Brushes delivered on time & off the highest quality better than any other brush I've tried in the past. I Will definitely be ordering more car cleaning products from Auto finesse in the future”
