Good products but 3-5 day delivery took a lot longer. Yes there was the easter weekend but the items were not dispatched for a long time. Ordered am on the 8th items despatched on the 16th delivery 18th. Customer services lied to me and said they were dispatched earlier and would be delivered on the 16th. Not true as they were only despatched on the 16th.

Ordering was simple selected the standard 3-5 working day delivery however, the package finally arrived on the 6th business day excluding the 2 bank holiday days over easter. I also was expecting a free sample based on your website offering this on orders over £50 but only received the items which I purchased.

Hi Brian, Thanks for your review. I am very sorry that your parcel was a day late, I can understand that this is very frustrating. As you can imagine both Auto Finesse and our couriers are very busy at the moment so are experiencing slight delays, which I can only apologise for. With regards to the free samples, they are done on a first come first serve basis which it states in the terms and conditions you agree to when you purchase your products. Received product extremely late, but taking current conditions into consideration it can be justified. Upon opening my parcel I realised one item was missing, I was later made aware that the item was sold out? In that case mark it as sold? Not leave people disappointed, now I waited Over a week for a product and still need to go out to buy the product. And finally to top this all of the bottle arrived with the cap of and therefore leaking in box, didn’t think to take photo of box but just to bin it and clean up and therefore couldn’t get my product replaced. Seems like quite a few people are struggling with quality issues of stuff breaking easily and arriving broken. Otherwise product seems all good and smells lovely 😊

Firstly with regards to the late delivery as you can imagine it is a very busy time for both us and our courier so we are experiencing some delays with customers receiving their orders, so we thank you for your patience with us at this time. On the topic of damaged products unfortunately we must have pictures to raise a claim with our couriers for parcels damaged in transit. Firstly the delivery took longer than expected but the biggest proper is the all in one polish. It seems watered down, dries up far too quickly and leaves marks on the paint. Went back Meguiars and had no issues. Very very disappointing.

Took nearly two weeks to arrive with no update saying it was going to be late plus ordered the obliterate plus & clear mini trigger which doesn’t fit the obliterate bottle so feel I’ve been ripped off with that , why sell that if it doesn’t fit your bottles . Won’t be buying products from your company again .

Hello Lee, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your products, this is most certainly not how we want our customers to feel! I believe our couriers are prioritising parcel containing medical supplies and equipment due to the current situation regarding COVID-19. Due to this it is causing slight delays on a small number of parcels. I am extremely sorry about this and do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused! Regarding the ObliTARate and the clear mini trigger ordered, in our new and improved packaging our bottles require a black trigger rather than the clear mini trigger. This is stated within the description of our ObliTARate on our website to avoid any confusion. I am sorry to hear that you did not see this! First time buying from this brand. Delivery arrived with a lot of the products leaked everywhere. A lot of the bottle lids were open and the package was a mess.

Always stayed loyal to the brand but after trying the new one step I’ve been left hugely disappointed. Doesn’t do what it says it does, gets rid of some swirls but leave scratches completely visible. For £22.95 it’s a bit of a joke, won’t be recommending to anyone.

I'm yet to receive my products. DHL tracker says they were due Monday 6th April, as of yet that hasn't updated the current status and I still don't have my order. Out of the control of AF, and I appreciate the current circumstances. But I am seeing lots of other customers receiving their goods on Social Media. It's lost in limbo it would seem.

Received an email stating free shipping but when processed the order Iended up having to pay. This was supposed to be next day delivery, had confirmation from both AF & the courier it would arrive next day but received a text on the morning of the delivery saying it was “delayed by AF”. Also why does a 500ml Iron Out have a spray nozzle but a 1L bottle does not although a 1L Citrus Power does? Overall very disappointed because I really rate the products!

Hi Tim, thanks for your honest review. I'm sorry to hear you feel you've not had a positive experience when shopping with us. Firstly, I'd like to address the free shipping service advertised. At the moment, free shipping is available on all UK orders with no minimum spend required. When at checkout, it will automatically select the service that gets your order to you the quickest. If you were hoping to make the most of the free delivery option, then this would need to be selected manually to be redeemed. I'm sorry that you feel misled by this. As I hope you can appreciate once the order has left us, we are then at the mercy of our courier and on this occasion a delay occurred. As we appreciate these things happen every now and again, we will be more than happy to revise any shipping charge if your order experiences a delay. When the tracking shows the parcel as delayed, please inform us at your earliest convenience as this will help us resolve the delay and amend any issues that have arisen. Lastly, with regards to the triggers, a general rule of thumb with these, is if the main image of the product on the website is with a trigger attached, then the product should be supplied with a trigger. First order was destroyed by FedEx for being soaked when it arrived to my local distribution center, the replacement order arrived 1 day after I contacted auto finesse, however the spritz spray detailer arrived nearly empty, with the paper order receipt completely soaked. Hopefully third time is the charm.

As I am sure you can appreciate we do rely on our couriers to deliver our products successfully, however sometimes accidents do happen and products can become damaged. I can see that our customer service team have offered a to replace the product that has leaked or alternatively, credit you account to cover the cost of the product that has leaked, however they are still waiting for a response from yourself. The website states you have an adapter for Bosch pressure washers, but didn't say which one. As a result I've had to go to the trouble of writing to you and at my own expense sending back the wrong fitment. I am still awaiting the correct Bosch fitting, which is apparently now called Black & Decker.

As we offer ten different fitments for our Snow Foam Lance and some customers find it hard to choose which one they require we have a couple of things in place to ensure that you find the right one. On the product page of the Snow Foam Lance there is a photograph of our different fitment options so our customers can easily compare their pressure washer to our fitments. Within the description of the product page we have also stated 'Although your branded machine may be listed, the connector needed for this machine may vary (the Nilfisk/Bosch pressure washer may require a different attachment etc)' to ensure no confusion is caused. does not say or show any instructions on how to use the snow foam lance or even set it up. also I think mine is faulty as it sprays water out of the lance as well as snow foam. which is not meant to be happening.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with Aqua Coat. Unfortunately Aqua Coat can have this effect if its not used correctly, but when used correctly you'll love it!  1. Wash the car as you would normally with shampoo and rinse well.  2. While the car is still dripping wet, lightly sprits the car with the Aqua Coat(a little goes along way).  3. Almost immediately, thoroughly rinse the car with the jet wash. The light dots/specks that can be left behind by the Aqua Coat can be caused by one of two things... either the Aqua Coat was used too generously and not rinsed quick enough before it dried OR the Temperature of the car/air was too warm/cold and what was applied dried before you even had a chance to rinse it.  If you do get the marks once the car is dried then you will need to try applying a little Aqua Coat to a clean fresh micro fibre and wipe the panels down to re activate the product. Alternatively you can use a quick detailer to do the same job -something like Finale is perfect!  Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team if you would like any further tips and advice on how to use Aqua Coat. Bought a bottle of Parma violet aroma, absolutely Terrible product!! Can only smell it as it comes out of the bottle. After that nothing. Weak as anything. Like scented water. Probably one of the worst products I’ve ever bought! Complete waste of money!!!!! Avoid.

Ordered a wax on Sunday with next day delivery, didn’t receive until Friday. On the Thursday when it still hadn’t been delivered I called up and had to get it resent out for delivery on the Friday, very poor communication, expected better

Address label was printed incorrect.so did not receive parcel.returned to sender by royal mail.phoned auto finesse they said would send out next day delivery as was for a birthday gift the next day.did not receive the next day,phoned them to question where item was ,they said their courier had not collected that day.very disappointed.
