“???? merchandise didn't come, was very excited to order an Innovators hoody and tee shirt for my Son who absolutely loves your products. I also entered the discount code for Halloween 20% off and free gift of Paint sealer but after lots of confusing emails/texts from the couriers and your company I phoned your company to be told it wasn't coming, hoping it will be available soon!”

Hi Sharon, really sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order. Unfortunately the Halloween free paint sealant was limited while stocks lasts and unfortunately we had run out before you placed you order. However we still run the 20% discount code for customers who missed out on the free paint sealant. We are due to have our Innovators hoodies back in stock mid to end of this month. “Very disappointed overall. Had to pay nearly £15 for a Saturday delivery. As it was my first order, I got a code for 10% off, but because I had used this code I then didn't get the free t-shirt for orders over £50 (I spent about £80). Overall very expensive, and would not buy from here again. It was a present for my boyfriend and he was also disappointed with the overall cost I had to pay. He'll stick with Autobrite I think!”

“Many problems with order. First of all products didn't arrive in time with delivery price I paid and therefore didn't receive Father's Day gifts in time. When products finally arrived, I had been given an empty container with no product inside.”
