“Had to purchase a replacement Foaming Pump Sprayer as my six month, very minimally used one failed. Sent back the faulty one, but was not able to wait for the AF returns process time frames and decided to just purchase another as that was quicker. Once AF agreed that the pump was faulty, they refunded my purchase. Overall was not staightforward or customer focused. Been purchasing AF products forever, and all has been wonderful, first time I've needed customer support and was honestly far from impressed - as overall I'm happy with their products I've scored as I have, just the aftersales service was poor with having to go through many steps and countless e-mails to deal with a resolution. Disaponted that there was no loyality, sadly I wont feel bad for looking and using more of other manufactures products. I also doubt that this review will even get published !”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your first experience with our Customer Support team. When a product is reported as faulty, we do have a standard returns procedure that allows us to receive and inspect the item before confirming the fault and arranging the appropriate resolution. This is the same process we follow for all customers and unfortunately isn't something we're able to bypass. We completely understand that you didn't want to wait for this process to be completed and therefore chose to purchase another sprayer in the meantime. Once your original sprayer was returned to us and confirmed as faulty, we refunded the replacement you had purchased in full. We appreciate that this may not have been as immediate a resolution as you would have preferred, but our team did follow the normal process and ultimately ensured that you weren't left out of pocket for the replacement. We're sorry to hear that this has affected your view of our aftersales service, particularly as you've been a long-standing Auto Finesse customer, and we do genuinely appreciate your continued support and your feedback.
