“Thanks to their you tube channel I found these guys. The ordering process is easy and the items were delivered on time and very well packaged. I haven’t had the opportunity to use all the products I have bought but what I have used have been excellent and did exactly what it says on the bottle. Only slight omission was I ordered two bottles that required a Squirty pump but I only received one. Not an issue as I soon found one to fit. Would highly recommend.”

“Auto Finesse sell really good quality products. My car is gleaming all the time now, inside and out...and I was never that bothered about car cleaning before. Highly recommended are the wheel cleaner and snow foam and detailing brushes.”

“Delivery was too late. After 3 days of purchase, I spoke to the customer services that the Shop app said that the order will be delivered "today" and the order has not arrived. She said "oh we are posting it today via DHL and it should be with you the next day". I said ok lets wait for another day. Next day the order did not arrive and I checked the DHL tracking and it said that the order will arrive after 3 days. I spoke to the customer services and they said, "we cannot do anything as your order had a free delivery option selected", ok fine but based on free delivery, the order should have be with me still couple of day before. I still have not used any of these products purchased as I had few day off from work and planned to detail my car but I'm back to work now so cannot use none of the items purchased. Very rubish experiance honestly.”
