“Having waited 6 months to get receive my delivery, I understand the timings were not the fault of Audiovolt. I feel I could have been notified of updates more regularly. My biggest inconvenience with my order was that it was delivered to an incorrect address, to which I reconfirmed multiple times with a new address. product arrived safely, was just disappointed at the lack of consideration pre and post-delivery when a mistake had been made.”

“The product was delivered later than expected through no fault of Audio Volt. There was a shortage of parts with the manufacturer They kept me updated regularly and offered to give me a full refund if I wanted to cancel. I chose to wait for teh product and even though the price of the product increased due to the stock shortage, Audio Volt honoured the price that was agreed upon at the point of ordering”
