“I Shopped around and Audiovolt offered a great price and their website was easy to understand compared to others. The information on the website offering post sales help is brilliant, which is what made my decision in the end. The product I chose had speaker upgrade options and Audiovolt were the only ones I found that made clear which I was buying in my opinion. Arrived earlier than expected too (from memory dispatched same day and arrived 3 days due to weekend in between)”

“Equipment arrived on time but only to find out that amp has been replaced with another model. Also the remote has a big crack across front and back. Complaint launched same day with pictures and was promised a replacement will be posted same day. Call after another week and yet again was promised that replacement will be sent today but nothing so far. Poor after sales hence two stars.”
