“Delivery was great, customer service good But the only problem was that the Corsley C6 turntable lid was cracked in one corner. Waiting on my replacement this one better not damaged.....”

“Was happy to receive my HH Tensor sub on the 24th afternoon. Used it the very same night with no time for a sound check. It was a blind purchase and need to play around with it more but happy. Hoping to purchase more kit from Audio Volt in the future. Thank you Tom for making this possible.”

“The prices are good and the delivery direct from Audio Volt was next day as expected having paid for that. But the deliveries from partner suppliers was not good and I am still waiting for the speakers to be delivered. No contact from Audio Volt, but it is the weekend, so that is understood. However, I paid for a service which was not given, and I have to change my working pattern and installation dates. I am confident that things will be resolved seeing their other good reviews and communication.”

“Choosing my products was a bit confusing as you had to read the details very carefully to see the differences between what looked like the same product. The ordering process was easy and my products were delivered within a few days although I couldn't get tracking information on what day it was to be delivered. The product is quite small compared to my old broken stacking unit but it's light and fits my hifi cabinet easily. The speakers aren't as 'wireless' as described as you have to plug them into a power socket to be used and if you want wireless you have to purchase separate battery packs. My main disappointment is that the vinyl stylus doesn't automatically lift and move back to original position off the record. It just stays on the record and the turntable stops. It also doesn't have a lever to lift up the stylus so you can lower it onto the record without having shaky hands potentially drop or scratch the record. The sound for such small speakers is good for a non geeky sound person. Generally happy with the purchase.”

“Hi Excellent service apart from the fact that the spare mike set did not include a tieclip mike but a second headset. This is not a major issue so did not bother to report it, hence only 4 stars otherwise would have been a full five. Service was amazing. Ordered a large item at 4.00 p.m. on tuesday. It came in two seperate parcels at 9.00a.m. onThursday. Could not fault the ordering and/ or delivery system. All working fine. Well done. Good to still findsome good old fashionedservice in this day and age”

“I bought a QXT portable PA. After it arrived, I discovered that the bass speaker wasn't working. Unfortunate but sometimes these thing happen. They couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged for the faulty unit to be collected and sent a replacementr, which works fine.”
