“Il prodotto non mi è stato conegnato perché è stato trattenuto e poi messo in restituzione al venditore dal corriere DPD, scelto dal venditore, nonostante io abbia pagato le spese di importazione richiedte dallo stesso corriere. Avevo segnalato il prroblema al venditore con un email il 17 luglio 2026, ma non ho ricevuto risposta a quella mail ed ho dovuto chiedere l'intervento di Paypal per ottenere la restituzione dell'importo pagato per il prodotto che non ho ricevuto. Trattengo tutta la documentazione a dimostrazione di quanto ho descritto per ogni eventuale opportuno uso.”

“Excellent system now set in my garden. Very straightforward, but one slight niggle. The positive lead from the cable matched the the cable to speaker red+black, and black for the negative. But the Eagle speaker itself only had one white lead and one black, with no indication which was which. I went red+black to white, and black to black. Seems to work. (I tried the website for the speakers, which was of no assistance).”

“Hei, like most of GB shops at the internet they are not updated after leaving EU/EES. Your VAT is not automatically delitet in the shopping bascket when orders are for Norway, an independent custom zone with 25% VAT. Norwegian VAT can be handeled by DPD witch actually happend today. You should educate your sales reps better too. Have a fantastic summer:) Vigar Cannot answer delivery on time as just shipped from GB.”

“Ordered an Adastra S260 as wanted a second Streaming amp that uses the Wiim app as I already have a Wiim Amp pro in my setup. Blown away by how good it sounds. Setup a doddle and it was up and running minutes of unpacking. Order arrived well packaged and super quick. Brilliant 👍”

“Terrible company Becareful if you fill in the length of cable you require as prompted On their awful website.. these amateurs will only send you 1metre and blame you for there mistake and talk down to you via email. Avoid at all costs. Awful agents working on customer services. Go search Google for a professional outfit folks”

Good afternoon, Having reviewed your order, you paid for 1 metre of cable, which is exactly what was dispatched. Our website allows customers to select their required quantity prior to checkout, and this is clearly noted in the product description. Unfortunately, adding a note to an order simply asking for more cable (which is what you did) isn't a substitute for selecting and paying for the correct quantity - we're unable to send goods that haven't been purchased.
