“Terrible company Becareful if you fill in the length of cable you require as prompted On their awful website.. these amateurs will only send you 1metre and blame you for there mistake and talk down to you via email. Avoid at all costs. Awful agents working on customer services. Go search Google for a professional outfit folks”

Good afternoon, Having reviewed your order, you paid for 1 metre of cable, which is exactly what was dispatched. Our website allows customers to select their required quantity prior to checkout, and this is clearly noted in the product description. Unfortunately, adding a note to an order simply asking for more cable (which is what you did) isn't a substitute for selecting and paying for the correct quantity - we're unable to send goods that haven't been purchased.

“I bought 2 6m cables from AudioVolt to assess the quality and the severe. 1 the quality is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. 2 the feedback from the company is feast rated and the speed of delivery was as good as you can get.
