“Product was excellent and as requested. Service was good. The only issue I had was the delay in postage and this was not AudioVolt’s issue as they sent it by 24hr tracked. The delay was down to the Royal Mail unfortunately.”

Hi Alex, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into this for you and can see that APC have attempted to deliver your parcel multiple times, however there was nobody in to accept the parcel. I will contact APC and ask them to attempt delivery ASAP, please can you make sure you keep an eye on the tracking so you can make sure somebody is in to accept the parcel. Kind Regards, Audio Volt

“We have never used Audio Volt before but we needed to purchase a PA system for our charity. We researched what the best product would be for our event needs. Once we had done that, we then searched the internet shopping and found the Audio Volt website. The product we needed was advertised at a competitive price compared to other web retailers and the terms of sales/delivery was attractive. We purchased the PA system and the item was delivered in excellent condition as stated. The only thing we found odd was that there were no operating instructions for using the PA system, which can be used in various different modes. Essentially, we only want to use it as a PA system and it was fairly easy to work out what we needed to do connectivity wise. I have to say that the product is excellent! Sound quality and the quality of finish is really good and will suit our requirements perfectly.”

“Comms very good. Prices competetive. Speaker arrived ahead of delivery time and was very well packed, although couriers just left it on the door step. (they did not defer delivery till Monday as arranged and I was out) The speaker is already in place in the garden and sounds great... I may well order a second one too in about 3 weeks.”

“Il prodotto non mi è stato conegnato perché è stato trattenuto e poi messo in restituzione al venditore dal corriere DPD, scelto dal venditore, nonostante io abbia pagato le spese di importazione richiedte dallo stesso corriere. Avevo segnalato il prroblema al venditore con un email il 17 luglio 2026, ma non ho ricevuto risposta a quella mail ed ho dovuto chiedere l'intervento di Paypal per ottenere la restituzione dell'importo pagato per il prodotto che non ho ricevuto. Trattengo tutta la documentazione a dimostrazione di quanto ho descritto per ogni eventuale opportuno uso.”
