“Ordering process was easy and delivery was swift. Nothing to fault there. I did however want an invoice and I couldn't see how to get one. I messaged this request using the Audiovolt website and it said that the "customer service team will be with you in a few minutes". Still no response after half a day.”

“We received our parcel on time, no problems at all. Easy to order and package arrived very quick. Although not opened as yet as it’s a Xmas present, I would use this company again if product ok”

“This is the second time you have sent me a product that is used and not in the original box. The Apart brand speaker I bought did not come in its original box and there were scratches. Moreover, this speaker. I paid for it new as it wasn't new. I have your photos. I needed 7 more speakers. I bought it elsewhere.”
