“I can highly recommend AE without question. Extremely helpful and professional service. Marion was particularly helpful and provided a personal touch that is rare these days, but very reassuring. “I emailed Audio Emotion about a subwoofer repair . Their staff member Gary answered promptly and was in regular contact. He was upfront about repair costs, which is rare. As my unit was not a high-end model, the cost of repair would have been disproportionate. I have therefore looked for a second-hand replacement. However, the excellent customer service Gary provided was in marked contrast to other companies I contacted. I would therefore highly recommend Audio Emotion as a go to service for all things Audio. 10/10.”

“Audiolab DC block 6.If you're looking for a reliable DC mains blocker that can silence hum from any hi-fi equipment then you can't go wrong we this one. It's got right amplitude to partner with any hi-fi source especially power amplifier's.It's also very well built and i love the cool looking LED current meter on the front display which constantly changers depending on the current coming through the mains.”

“Really impressed with Audio Emotion. Ordered some Hifiman headphones which needed to be replaced. AE couldn't have been any more helpful, allowing me to keep the initial pair and arranged (for free) a courier to swap them for a new pair when they came back into stock. Highly recommended, fast delivery and great price too.”

“Fantastic service. I purchased my Valve amp from Audio Emotion over Christmas. As there was a problem with getting the amp I ordered, my purchase was upgraded to a higher spec model at no extra charge. I received my amp within 3 working days. I am very happy with the service that they supplied and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you”

“Audioemotion is the most honest,professional,helpful & friendly HiFi shop I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I live at the top of the Highlands in Scotland & I had a pair of used speakers I needed to part exchange for a new pair of "Canton" 5K reference speakers & I was concerned I would have to hire a van to accomplish the swap. However it was no problem for Audioemotion & for Gordon in particular who arranged the deal over the phone & then came over with my new speakers taking the time needed to unbox & install them. Gordon is the most helpful,accommodating & friendly HiFi salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.He treated me like a long term & well established customer even though I had never before made contact with this establishment. The advice I was given was honest,"real",informative & without any pressure & the after sales service is equally good. By comparison to other HiFi shops,Audioemotion is a breath of fresh air & I would not hesitate in placing my complete trust in them for any future dealings or purchases.”
