“Purchased quad amp. recently, almost instant response and immediate dispatch. Perfectly packed and exactly (actually even better) than described. later I phoned about another piece of equipment and was treated with courtesy. There is a downside - I spend far too long on their website looking for my next upgrade!! Totally flawless”

“I made contact with Gordon at Audio Emotion as I wished to upgrade my Cayin Audio N8 to the N8ii digital audio player and unlike many UK hi fi retailers, Audio Emotion had one in stock. The next morning DPD delivered (so glad Audio Emotion use DPD as their delivery partner), the whole purchase experience was very easy and hassle free. I found Gordon very friendly & helpful and can thoroughly recommend Audio Emotion for any hi fi purchase.”

“I purchased a pair of Quad Electrostatic speaks and was surprised at the quick response from Gary along with him responding with the answers to all my questions within a very short time. I purchased the speakers the same day which were then shipped as quickly as the shipper could get there. I highly recommend them as a source for your audio purchases.”
