“DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Bought a mixed dark grey rattan garden set. Looks nothing like picture the have on the website!! However they insist that its the correct one!! Spoke with manger who was very rude. When i told her that i would be contacting trading standards she replied by saying “i’ll Look forward to hearing from them. One of the chairs holes for screws don’t line up now i have discovered material in one of the cushions is about to come away!! Cushions are flimsy and very thin.”

“We brought some ratten garden furniture for the garden at a great price of £599 on a weekend only to get a email from the company saying we would be getting a full refund because delivery address card address wasn't the same yet our invoice have same addressees go back online to re order same item was £1700 so I reckon they made a mistake they end on price and are now refunding people instead of delivering”

“Very unhappy customer! Terrible company very unhelpful staff. Items are very cheaply made/bad quality and thin but the price is not reflective of this! I ordered a grey rattan garden set but got a brown even with supplying pictures they still said I’ve got the correct colour! The rattan print is coming of and it’s only just been taken out the box not even setup or used! Instructions are useless, it looks like there is no screws to support the back rest so I don’t see how this would even work if it was to be setup! I bought via eBay so will be taking this matter further with them and returning! If you want an overpriced cheaply made garden set then buy from this company but if you want something that will last longer then 5 minutes avoid this company at all costs! Happy to supply pics of the item and correspondence to anyone that’s interested in seeing for themselves. Courier was meant to ring before delivery but never received any call!”

“This company is a joke, first of all they delivered the wrong furniture.(because the never followed up in their own proceeders) so I had to borrow a van to drive to the warehouse to pickup the correct furniture. Take it into account that they charged me £50 for delivery. And when asking for a refund, I was totally ignored by them and e-bay.”

“Ordered 15/11/2018 to be told 1-5 working days for delivery and still not even hear yet only to be emailed after constantly ringing up asking what’s happening to find out delivery is not until 30/11/2018 15 days after the order was processed wouldn’t have used this company if I knew how long delivery was going to be”

“ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! I ORDERED A SOFA FROM THEM AND SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY I GAVE MY OLD SOFA TO A FRIEND TO CLEAR SPACE FOR THE NEW ONE. TWO DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY I RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM WORLDPAY, NOT THE SOFA COMPANY, THE PAYMENT METHOD COMPANY SAYING I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED FOR MY PURCHASE!! WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID THE ITEM I ORDERED THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK YET I HAD SPOKEN TO THE GIRL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I MADE THE PURCHASE TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND WAS REASSURED THEY HAD IT IN STOCK AND ALSO TO CHECK MEASUREMENTS AS THESE WERE WRONG ON THEIR WEBSITE! I WAS TOLD THEY EMAILED ME BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THIS EMAIL, THEY DID LATER FORWARD THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE TO ME SO I CAN SEE THEY DID ATTEMPT TO MESSAGE ME BUT THIS DID NOT FOR SOME REASON COME THROUGH MY END. WHEN I OBVIOUSLY DID NOT REPLY TO THEIR EMAIL BECAUSE I NEVER SAW IT THEY SIMPLY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND REFUNDED THE MONEY WITHOUT ONCE ATTEMPTING TO CALL AND SPEAK TO ME!!! AND IN THE MEAN TIME I DISPOSED OF MY OLD SOFA AND AM NOW SITTING ON A MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR!!! WHY THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO PICK UP TH PHONE AND CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THE MATTER IS BEYOND ME!!!! THIS HAS CAUSED ME SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE I CAN'T EXPLAIN IN WORDS HOW ANNOYED I AM WITH THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!!!!!!”

“Ordered through Wowcher, given a delivery date. No goods arrive. Contacted company to speak to Joy who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Passed all the blame to Wowcher. I don’t know where my money is, no idea of when the furniture will arrive. In the meantime I have been told that I can’t speak to anyone higher than Joy as she deals with complaints and issues- I even have to send a complaint about Joy to Joy! I have also been charged more than double for delivery with no explanation apart from Wowcher can charge what they like as it is their website. Wowcher dispute everything Joy has told me. Joy will now not even speak to me on the phone, getting one of her admin staff to relay messages to me. Won’t give me the name of the MD as it is none of my concern apparently. Absolute disgrace! You have had my payment for 11 days now, no one has bothered to tell me the items are out of stock. I will never ever use this company again. Terrible customer service, no goods, no answers only passing blame and ripped me off for delivery!”

“We ordered a garden furniture set. The glass table top was scratched and 2 of the seat cushions damaged and unusable. The customer service teams phone was constantly engaged when someone finally got back to me I was assured delivery by the 3rd of May. I still have not received anything and cannot get hold of anyone as the phone was engaged all of Thursday, Friday and so far today. No response to any emails I have sent either. Very disappointed, terrible customer service.”

“Ordered small item to see what service is like before placing large order. Tried calling but line is permanently engaged which is very suspicious. Been trying for over 2 hours but each time the line is busy. Tried emailing regarding my order but no response to emails. Been on line to My Account but says no orders placed! No idea when I will be receiving this item as no communication with the company at all. Very disappointed as had picked out the furniture I wanted to order from them but don't feel confident in ordering it now.”

“Bad experience. Tried to call you for two days. Emailed several times and not once did u bother. Your driver or delivery driver dumped it at our 70 year old neighbor who is frail and had no idea or information about delivery . My neighbor has informed me that one of the boxes is damaged but I can’t get home till late this evening. Shocking service”

“After purchasing a garden rattan set last year, unfortunately some of my cushion covers got ruined after being left out in the rain and I have been told these can't be replaced. It's absolutely shocking as part of my set can't be used so I have wasted money and would not recommend this company to anyone. It would make a lot of sense to be able to purchase cushion covers separately. So disappointed 0”

“Chair arrived broken. One wheel didn't fit so always falls off rendering the chair dangerous. Tilt mechanism doesn't work. Pneumatic lift mechanism doesn't work. This is standard cheap Chinese imported furniture with a vastly inflated price tag. Absolutely disappointed.”
