Chair arrived broken.
One wheel didn't fit so always falls off rendering the chair dangerous.
Tilt mechanism doesn't work.
Pneumatic lift mechanism doesn't work.
This is standard cheap Chinese imported furniture with a vastly inflated price tag.
Absolutely disappointed.
