Very good customer service , when part missing they sorted out straight away . Leon was very good and accommodating . I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the rattan furniture to be honest . The arms of chair seem to be discoloured and this was after a week . Only to be told get a felt tip ! For what I paid feel a bit let down . I have had the furniture for around 6 weeks now and more discoloured as weeks go on and also some of the rattan loose near the feet . The receipt stated sold as seen however it was in a box so didn’t see it really .

Received my Algarve furniture almost two weeks ago. Great buy and arrived quickly. However the lower shelf for the coffee table wasn't included in the package. I've phoned to arrange for the shelf to be delivered but goes to voicemail and states that I cannot leave a message, Could someone please get back to me Thank you

Doesn’t look like the one in the picture wood looks darker and seat cushions are wafer thin compared to the ones in the picture very misleading and now it’s cheaper online than original purchase price

Really happy with the 9 piece garden set. Looks great and really easy to out together. The only negative I'd say is for the delivery company as it never turned up on the delivery day and i had to contact them which i felt they should have contacted me. but that is no reflection on Abreo as it was a straight forward purchase from them. Thank you!

Nowt in stock listing a boat load of items with good prices to suck you in but nowt in stock proper rips, guarantee these are DODGY especially from mersey either be forginers or dealers site alone shows they are dodgy.

I notice the same situation in the reviews as myself. I ordered and paid for garden furniture and nearly a week later without a call they cancelled my order saying there was a problem with my card. I obviously new there was no issue and the item was out of stock when an hour after the email I had tried to reorder. They obviously couldn't fulfill there agreement and had no stock. This should not be allowed to happen. If you want to guarantee you get what you order shop elsewhere.

Ordered through Wowcher, given a delivery date. No goods arrive. Contacted company to speak to Joy who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Passed all the blame to Wowcher. I don’t know where my money is, no idea of when the furniture will arrive. In the meantime I have been told that I can’t speak to anyone higher than Joy as she deals with complaints and issues- I even have to send a complaint about Joy to Joy! I have also been charged more than double for delivery with no explanation apart from Wowcher can charge what they like as it is their website. Wowcher dispute everything Joy has told me. Joy will now not even speak to me on the phone, getting one of her admin staff to relay messages to me. Won’t give me the name of the MD as it is none of my concern apparently. Absolute disgrace! You have had my payment for 11 days now, no one has bothered to tell me the items are out of stock. I will never ever use this company again. Terrible customer service, no goods, no answers only passing blame and ripped me off for delivery!

We ordered a garden furniture set. The glass table top was scratched and 2 of the seat cushions damaged and unusable. The customer service teams phone was constantly engaged when someone finally got back to me I was assured delivery by the 3rd of May. I still have not received anything and cannot get hold of anyone as the phone was engaged all of Thursday, Friday and so far today. No response to any emails I have sent either. Very disappointed, terrible customer service.

Ordered small item to see what service is like before placing large order. Tried calling but line is permanently engaged which is very suspicious. Been trying for over 2 hours but each time the line is busy. Tried emailing regarding my order but no response to emails. Been on line to My Account but says no orders placed! No idea when I will be receiving this item as no communication with the company at all. Very disappointed as had picked out the furniture I wanted to order from them but don't feel confident in ordering it now.

Bad experience. Tried to call you for two days. Emailed several times and not once did u bother. Your driver or delivery driver dumped it at our 70 year old neighbor who is frail and had no idea or information about delivery . My neighbor has informed me that one of the boxes is damaged but I can’t get home till late this evening. Shocking service

Waited ridiculous amount of time for product, still hasn’t came, can not get in touch with any contact number or email given online and found whole experience very unprofessional, annoying and stressful. Will be sharing right across social media and will not be using again!

Purchased furniture through social living (08/04) voucher, expected to be delivered on or before 21/04 as per living social advise. Emailed on 21/04 as never arrived, received an email back to request postcode as having issues with vouchers and replied with required information. Still not heard anything despite sending a further 3 emails. If it’s not in stock or you Can’t fulfil the order at least have the decency to communicate with your customers. Phone is either disconnected or engaged!

Placed my order on Monday for my rattan furniture. Received email confirmation but I wanted to ask a question so I tried calling at 9am but phone seems to be out of use and if you click on the number on the website it dials through to a +64 number which I think is New Zealand. As no joy, I sent a reply email which was only answered over 48hrs later confirming I’d receive my order in 2-3 days but to email back with my query. I was relieved to hear from someone but still annoyed no one had called me as I had asked. Then today I receive an email stating there was an issue with my address details re my card so they cancelled my order without even contacting me. In the email it told me to either place order again and pay via PayPal or call them up to do it over the phone. Obviously their number is still out of service and to no surprise the item is no longer available online! Gutted... I did notice that the price has been increased by £100 since Monday so can’t help but think they wanted to get more money for it so cancelled mine to sell to someone else. Also I believe they sell their products on eBay and on there the same item is listed £250 more than what I placed the order for. I do hope that either Claire or Katie who sent emails to me in the past 24 hrs from Abreo will call me back as I’ve requested so that something can be sorted out. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed ☹️

Wrong sofa delivered, wouldn’t send the correct one out until this was received back.. Found staff on the phone miserable and not going out of there way to help! Things only changed as soon as the manager got involved. 3 days of waiting in just to have my correct order. Not good customer service!

Very unhappy customer! Terrible company very unhelpful staff. Items are very cheaply made/bad quality and thin but the price is not reflective of this! I ordered a grey rattan garden set but got a brown even with supplying pictures they still said I’ve got the correct colour! The rattan print is coming of and it’s only just been taken out the box not even setup or used! Instructions are useless, it looks like there is no screws to support the back rest so I don’t see how this would even work if it was to be setup! I bought via eBay so will be taking this matter further with them and returning! If you want an overpriced cheaply made garden set then buy from this company but if you want something that will last longer then 5 minutes avoid this company at all costs! Happy to supply pics of the item and correspondence to anyone that’s interested in seeing for themselves.
