Looks 5 stars furniture but made with very cheap materials

Very good customer service , when part missing they sorted out straight away . Leon was very good and accommodating . I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the rattan furniture to be honest . The arms of chair seem to be discoloured and this was after a week . Only to be told get a felt tip ! For what I paid feel a bit let down . I have had the furniture for around 6 weeks now and more discoloured as weeks go on and also some of the rattan loose near the feet . The receipt stated sold as seen however it was in a box so didn’t see it really .

Happy with the furniture however the rear cushions are very unusual in that they deflate when you lean against them and therefore do not offer much support. No Confirmation email of order received however delivery was within 4 days. Issue with construction of unit as either two of the pieces or the instructions were labelled incorrectly which meant taking half of it apart. Overall service levels could be improved as could instructions.

Placed an order on Sunday 19th April which was not acknowledged but the money was taken from my account. Had to email a couple of times to find out if furniture was coming. It did arrive on Friday 24th. Really disappointed in assembly instructions. Parts were alphabetically marked but did not match with instruction leaflet. Fortunately my husband managed to work things out. Pleased enough with the quality.

Bought 2 glass sloping front bedside cabinets. They are heavy and look good. The drawer lining isn't great, few bumps but as its not on show its not a problem for me. For the price they are excellent. From ordering to delivery was quick, however, what would put me off buying from this company again is their use of Yodel for delivery- they were a nightmare. Would have been 4 stars but the delivery company let the team down badly.

Lovely style but terrible instructions, some screws had no heads so unusable, small chip but inside so you can’t see it. Still trying to figure out to get the drawers attached to the runners as holes don’t match up.

The order arrived within couple of days but the assembly instructions were the worst. I understand cost cutting but please have a full version online with a link noted in the email or easy access from home page. What we had was your 10-times-copied version and many steps left to imagination. Furniture looks nice although the drawers are misaligned (might be due to poor instructions). For the price it’s fine.

Manual was really bad explained and uncompleted, so you have to guess some steps and sometimes what parts to use. One of the parts was damaged on the corner, dowels were missing and also two holes weren't done in the right place so dowels couldn't fit inside. Customer service was quite slow to get back to me. Although they tried to be helpful and sort things out.

You get what you pay for. Good for the price. Assembly instructions pretty much hopeless. Yodel managed to damage one of the boxes so every corner of the top and base panels were broken. To be fair to Abreo, they had replacement panels delivered the next day. Overall rating? Value for money, good customer service. Need to use a different courier.

Still hasn't arrived. Ordered two weeks ago. Abreo furniture website and staff team amazing. As for yodel delivery, shocking and disgusted how I've been treated. I've spent a week of wasting my time ringing them up to have yodel employees lie to me on 4 occasions and also a yodel employee shout at me down the phone. It's a shame because I love the furniture on this website it's beautiful. But because of the poor delivery service (which isn't Abreo's fault) I will 100% not be ordering from this website again until they change their delivery company. Still have not received my furniture which I now consider to be missing or stolen from yodel.

My delivery was incorrect and the instruction leaflet want very clear. Disappointingly no pre drilled holes to attach the table top so I did struggle. Ikea is far easier!

Unfortunately the cover is not big enough for my furniture and the cord for the bottom was all on the cheap side.
