“Have messaged customer services three times now over the course of a week about returning an item and have had no response. Rubbish.”

“The furniture was of poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures. Have tried to resolve the issue with customer services who are rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of my time and money. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, they're only interested in taking your money - after that it's all downhill.”

“Ordered a nest of tables for an occasion which arrived faulty. Informed the customer service team who advised me to return. Explained I wanted a refund not a replacement. I provided photos of the fault as requested by the team. Upon returning at an expense of £10, the team have only refunded the original price of the item and have refused to refund my shipping costs, despite goods being unfit for purpose. After a week of email back and forth with no sign of a refund I am now out of pocket. The team seem to be unaware of their responsibilities under the consumer rights act 2015 and their legal responsibility to reimburse a customer when they sell faulty goods. I am now having to file a claim through the small claims court and have reported the company to trading standards. I would strongly advise against spending money with this company, the goods are of poor quality and the customer service is non-existent. Very disappointed that in 2017 there are still online traders who are unaware / ignoring their legal liability to consumers.”
