“I bought the corner sofa in black with light grey cushions. I was a bit dubious about the cushion thickness as website says is 5cm but they are actually 8cm. I am very pleased with it and have had compliments. Service was great too. Only took a week from ordering to delivery.”

“Very happy with furniture set. Arrived within a few days, not too difficult to assemble, just time consuming with all the screws. Love how it looks, and staff were friendly when I called. Also included a cover which I wasn’t expecting! Thank you”

“We ordered the 7 seater corner set but were a little skeptical due to some of the poor reviews and there was hardly any stock left on website. But at the price advertised thought it worth the risk as it was at least half the price of other sets we had seen. Once purchased it stated we would receive a confirmation email and tracking info. This never happened. I contacted the company by email enquiring when we may expect delivery. I received an email in reply almost immediately stating it should be 3-5 days delivery from purchase. The following day the delivery company called and delivery was confirmed and completed the following day. Excellent service and communication. As for the furniture it has far exceeded Our expectations. It looks lovely, it’s solid, very comfortable and transformed our garden. Now as for the construction. There are a lot of M8 Allen key type screws that give the furniture it’s solid finish. I’m a carpenter and it took a long time with 2 of us to Build and that’s using my own tools such as ratchet spanner and angled ratchet Allen keys. Using the tools supplied I think it would have taken some considerable time. Better tools and this would have been a five star review. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”

“My previous review was positive but highlighted the fact that the lower shelf for the coffee able was missing. I have now received this buy no communication from Abreo tried to telephone but no response and no option to leave a message. Thank you for resolving this however customer service should include good communication with customers. I am happy with my purchase”

“Received my Algarve furniture almost two weeks ago. Great buy and arrived quickly. However the lower shelf for the coffee table wasn't included in the package. I've phoned to arrange for the shelf to be delivered but goes to voicemail and states that I cannot leave a message, Could someone please get back to me Thank you”

“Ordered my Algarve Garden set on the 9th April, received an invoice from card company, no communication from Abreo. The day I chased up my order ( by email as I couldn't get through by phone) a few hours later three boxes arrived by their carrier. That was the 15th April. I re wrote to Abreo confirming that the boxes had arrived, but the Protective Cover was not included, as promised, and I would hope they would forward the cover, as rain was forecast! It is now the 21st April and despite all of my efforts, texts, emails etc, Abreo are not responding to my messages. I have to assume that the Protective Cover mentioned isn't going to arrive........................It was an incentive that was appealing, saving me the trouble of having to shop around for the correct fitting cover for my garden furniture. I have to say in fairness that I am very pleased with the Algarve Sofa set, but very disappointed with the lack of customer service throughout this transaction. If you aren't going to provide the cover then please let me know. It quotes a value of £49.99 so now I will have to spend more money to protect the furniture. This set was bought as a present!!”

“I bought mirrored drawers. They were of excellent value and quality. I had to phone up regarding a delivery issue and customer service was extremely poor(if not down right rude). I was also charged extra for delivery when my neighbour across the road would not be due to incorrect post code charges by their courier(still part of the process/supply chain and reflective of business).”

“Only gave me 10 minute warning they were coming on there site it said 1 hour. Had to arrange someone to be there. Could improve on there service on delivery unpack check and take packing away. It's worrying to think there could of been damaged goods. As for product A1. Will be buying again.”

“Bought mirrowed console table which was delivered and undamaged but whilst assembling it 2 corners cracked even though bolts were only in hand tight.Buyers need to be made aware that these tables are very easily damaged so beware.Mines spoilt due to cracks in base.!!!!”

“Really love the Venetian mirrored table stand. It did however come with quite a bit of grey paint splashed on it but it did wipe off by applying quite a bit of pressure ! The service was really super quick and easy, ordered on the Sunday it arrived on the Tuesday! Would definitely recommend to order from these guys !”

“I purchased the Sophia Dressing Table set. Unfortunately the Dressing Table frame and mirror was damaged. The customer service advisors Laura and Rebecca were very responsive and did their best to replace the damaged items. In the end I got a partial refund for the mirror as the 2nd replacement mirror was also damaged but was unable to arrange someone to wait in for another replacement. I've rated 4 stars due to how Laura and Rebecca responded which I found helpful and reassuring. The set itself is lovely and would have been perfect had the mirror not been damaged.”

“Delivery was very fast and communication is good. Product is beautiful. However, when I had a genuine problem with the item being when putting the handles on the draw the glass cracked and the company did not want to know. Washed their hands of the situation.”
