“Very good website and range of products. We were specifically interested in mosaic tiles and ordered three samples which arrived 2 days later. The only note would be that although sent to the Channel Islands, VAT was still charged. Jersey is exempt of all UK taxes. Since the samples were sent FOC, no gripe. However, on larger orders where delivery to Jersey would be expected to be chargeable and noted seperately and prices revised accordingly with VAT deducted. Your website needs to account for that in its order processing. Otherwise customer service to this point has been impressive and gives us some confidence in placing a more substantive order with you.”

Thank you for your review, we endeavour to provide a quick and efficient service but cannot guarantee the postal service regarding delivery times, our samples are sent as a 10cm x 10cm piece to show the colour and finish of the product to help facilitate a purchase, we also do our very best to provide accurate images on our website to this effect.

“Service ok , postage cost stupid as we did two sep orders to save £20 and was questioned by the company !! Emails were not great with updates for delivery and could have been a little friendlier .”

Thank you very much for the review. We apologise if the email you received was inconvenient. We needed to send this email as a lot of customers accidently duplicate orders and if we don't double check the orders before dispatch it could cause potential issues. I hope you understand. Regarding the delivery charge we are always working on reducing this however we do send a lot of goods via pallet due to their fragile nature. Again I apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
