Dear Clinton, Thank you for the review. I do apologise that the sample took slightly longer that anticipated. All samples are delivered via Royal mail and we advise 3 - 5 working days. “Atlas Ceramics has the most helpful sales man (Dan) who was just incredible! He went out of this way to help me source some tiles which we needed to match the existing ones we had. It is unfortunately a rare occurrence to get such good customer service these days, and so I wanted to call this out. Great little company, with such a great choice of tiles, including natural stone.”

“One of very few places who stocked the tiles I wanted. And saved me £200 . Easy to order online and came promptly, very well wrapped . They were glass tiles but no marks, no breakages.”

Unfortunately, we are heavily reliant on safe handling from our courier’s and the nature of the goods are very fragile during transportation. On this occasion we were not notified of any damages.
