“Although chairs were out of stock, I was kept informed by Atlantis and offered an alternative. I decided to wait and they still kept me informed of any further delays. The chairs once they arrived were in good condition and I am very pleased with them.”

“I was very please to see that Atlantis Office actually had a show room within easy driving distance of home. I had seen the chairs I thought would be OK on line but a chair has to be comfortable as it is going to be used regularly. Comfort is impossible to establish on line. The showroom was bright and full of chairs, desks etc so plenty of options should my chosen option proved unsatisfactory. I ordered two and they arrived the following day. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Long may they and other who maintain showrooms continue in business.”

“The chair initially cane faulty and damaged. The atlantis team were fantastic and had replacements sorted within 30 minutes of contacting them. The chair it's self is very robust and extremely comfortable, I would definitely recommend it to any big and tall people out there”

“Great customer service - they double checked the stock level with the manufacturer prior to my placing an order to be sure that their stock records were correct (as I wanted to avoid any potential delays). Fast delivery, despite being forewarned that there was potential for a couple of days delay due to covid. Item as described and intact. Very small patch of colour difference on seat (faux leather) - but not overly noticeable. Good assembly instructions included. Comfort, nice looking chair. Very happy with service and product.”

“Tried several web sites for an office chair then came across this one which is in Colchester. Living within driving distance and finding a large choice of chairs I selected one. The same day received an email to say this is out of stock for 11 days and offered me an alternative at a slightly higher price but would offer this at the price for the first choice. Unfortunately this was not suitable. Again an email offered me another chair that again was slightly more expensive at the original price. This looked fine and now sitting on it and can confirm it is exactly what I was looking for. This all went very smoothly and efficiently with a quick delivery and had no need to visit the show room.”

“Great, friendly customer service, must mention Bex in particular. Communication from Atlantis Office was excellent, which is essential when buying on line. Our purchase, a Dallas office desk arrived when advised. It was superbly packaged. The quality of the parts which were well marked and also the factory machining made assembly very quick and easy. Once assembled this not only looks professional but is very sturdy and the detail of finish in the drawers and ease of operation is good. Well Done to the Atlantis Office team . We will shop with you again.”
